Our unique home is conveniently situated close to routes 95 and 128. It is a great base camp for day-tripping to Boston or various points on the north shore (Salem, Beverly, Gloucester, etc.). There are numerous restaurants and stores of all types located nearby. Our house has historical significance and has been thoughtfully maintained. Charming apartment on second floor of house. The apartment is quite long and has loads of sunlit windows. Please note the two bedrooms are connected and this can be great for families and relatives. Even though it’s located on a downtown street it has a great backyard and you can walk to Collins cove, Sandy beach and John George park, as well as the Danvers port diner and other food establishments.
