Take it easy at this unique, restful place to stay. You sleep in a great place, away from the inhabited world and on the water. You can enjoy the vast landscape and the tranquility with a beautiful sunset. Experience it for yourself and enjoy the tranquility! From the terrace you can immediately get on the water in one of our canoe's and in the morning there are fresh eggs. We are happy to be able to host guests again after a significant period of renovation. We now live in the back of the yard ourselves.

Come and celebrate the quiet life in our lovely house and garden. The house has all the comforts (including a Qooker, hot tub). The garden of almost 6000m2 has a hiking trail through the tree setting and there are seats everywhere. We have a vegetable garden and an orchard and an outdoor kitchen The wooden floor with hammock overlooks a wide ditch. Beautiful views and fantastic skies make this stay in Friesland so special. An inspiring environment for people who love peace and nature.

In beautiful Friesland is this beautiful house with great views. The Serre is a holiday home behind our house with a nice bright room which borders the large garden. Our dog, the goats (behind a fence) and the chickens and ducks also stay in this garden. Great nature reserves in this region invite for hiking and cycling. In addition, Leeuwarden and Dokkum are cozy cities nearby. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the house.

Nice accommodation with lots of space and in a quiet neighbourhood. suitable for 8 adults and small child/baby. the backyard is on the water where you can fish and sail with the sub that is present. Guests are allowed to use all the items that are available. There is also a crib and high chair for the youngest. The city center of Dokkum is very beautiful with a lot of history. This is a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away.

A great place to spend some nice time. Be aware that the street is right in front of the house(didn't bother me much) and that the stairs to the nice sauna are fairly steep. The house itself is very comfy and there's a nice place for sitting outside.

we booked this stay very short in advance for a good price. The cottage was characterfully decorated and nicely located in the nature. The garden was fully fenced, which was very convenient for our dogs. There is also a fenced exhaust field a stone's throw away.

A beautiful location on the water. Nice beds and all amenities were provided. In the center where there is plenty to do. The stairs are not suitable if you have difficulty walking. But otherwise only compliments!

We booked the place at very short notice, which worked out great! The contact with the owners worked great. Everything was very straightforward. It is a super nice and quiet place and it is also clean there. We had a wonderful time at a very idyllic campsite. We would come back anytime. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a nice, relaxed and uncomplicated time in Friesland.

Had very pleasant days. So pleasant that I booked 2 more days at the time of departure. Surroundings where you feel to recharge your battery. Extremely animal-friendly environment. First time my dogs were so free and welcome in a campsite /chalet. The hosts were also on top friendly and helpful. In short, here they will definitely see me again with my 3 girls.
