Private Riverfront Home 5 Min to DT Alliant and UW

Location can't be beat-5 minutes to Alliant Energy Center, downtown and UW-Madison. Private deck overlooking the Yahara River off of the living room. Both bedrooms are upstairs, along with the full bathroom with tub. Half bath on the main level, spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen. This entire unit is yours to enjoy! There are 2 new queen beds, the couch pulls out into a queen size bed, which also a memory foam mattress. We are dog friendly, but please read the requirements below.

In addition to being in the Willy Street neighborhood, we are on the bike path and a short walk to anywhere downtown. Don't feel like going out? My 1898 Victorian has been separated into two units. You have your own entrance to the apt that makes up 1/2 of my 2nd floor and the entire third-floor of my house, located in the heart of Deforest.
