Do you want to try living on an island, one of Stockholm's most unique places about 30 minutes from Stockholm city? Tranholmen is an island in Lilla Värtan, between Lidingö and Stocksund. Tranholmen is a quiet island without car traffic or motor traffic. The island is served all year round by a ferry and several trips go to Ropsten both morning, noon and evening, the trip takes about 10 minutes. Our how is located on a lake plot so we have our own private large jetty that you can swim from.

Welcome to our house in Täby which is the perfect place to visit the Stockholm area both in the winter and summer time. The house (2 floors, 200 m2) is very modern and light and easy to live in, and you can enjoy sun all day on two lovely terraces (with sea glimps). The surroundings are beautiful; you can swim in the sea or in a nearby lake in the morning (or skate in the winter) and then get ready for a busy day in the great city of Stockholm, which is only 20 min away.

A nice house where you can have breakfast at sunrise and end the evening on your own dock right by the water at sunset. Many different places at the location to enjoy that inspire you to swim, relax and cook and eat outdoors. Wood-fired sauna for up to 8 people. Rowing boat included. Possible to rent an open motorboat via separate agreement.

Our unique and family-friendly house is located on Midsummer Meadow of the idyllic car-free island of Tranholmen. Easy access to beaches. Only 10 minutes by ferry away from the metro (Ropsten) and 25 minutes to Stockholm Central Station. The house is spacious and light, with an open-plan living area with beautiful views. We have an orchard with 11 fruit trees and various berry bushes and vegetable plot, and a small pine and birch forest in the back of the house.

Open all year around. In direct access from the house there is one Swimming pool with 27-30 degC of size 7m x 3,5m and it is open from may until september. Nice area for dining outside and also a big trampoline in the back of the garden.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm City. The cottage is newly built with kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom with washing machine and loft. It takes a few minutes to walk to the subway Mörby Centrum and it takes 15 minutes by subway to Stockholm City and 10 minutes to Stockholm University. In addition, the cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic.
