You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.

The area is rural and quiet. This also means romantically mowing cows and some insects (mosquito net above the bed is available).
