Condo vacation rentals in Dalton

This was our second time back with one of Kathleen’s places and it’s always clean, quiet, and cozy! Kathleen was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had which we appreciated!! Thanks! We will be back again!

We loved our stay here! The apartment had plenty of room and was very clean. It was also only a 5-10 minute drive from some of our favorite places. Our hosts were super helpful and accommodating, warning us when there was bad weather in the area and helping us find parking for our cars. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Our stay was great! The condo was bright, clean, and modern. It had all the appliances and pots/pans needed to eat in. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets were all provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. The only issue we had was outside noise around 2:00 to 3:00 am when people were going home from a night out and shouting, yelling, and revving their engines 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. (I think there is a bar a few blocks away) - Obviously Davey has no control over that, so I would suggest bringing a noise machine to mask any outside sounds. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

This was a fantastic last minute find while stopping overnight on a road trip. The building architecture is gorgeous and exactly like the Flat Iron building in NYC. The lobby is beautiful. The condo itself is lovely and very comfortable. I wish we could have extended our stay and explored Chattanooga!

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!

It was my first time in Chattanooga and this was the perfect place to stay! We visited for a few days during the week and Katie’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Clean, wonderful bathroom and kitchen, great location that was just down the road from a beautiful coffee shop and walkable to so many things. Her thorough instructions and house guidebook / manual were greatly appreciated. The space itself is clean, beautiful, cozy and modern. We felt right at home. I would absolutely recommend Katie’s space, thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful one-month stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient. The location is quiet and has a high level of safety, allowing us to feel at ease throughout our stay. The host Diane and Jarrett were very friendly and responded to messages promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place!

Carrie was great and helpful! The townhouse was clean, very organized and neat. Very new homes and less than a 3-5 minute drive from the downtown scene and restaurants on our to do list. Traffic was always a breeze as well. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared. Yes, the trains are close and frequent. They are also easy to drown out and by mid-day on day 2, we knew what the noise was and it was much less of a bother. Plus, we were celebrating my daughter's graduation and she LOVES trains. It was a plus for her. Overall a great stay! I would book again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location for our wedding weekend. Very close to Lake Arrowhead church and clubhouse. I would be happy to recommend Debora's condo to friends and family. Beautifully decorated and she provides everything you need to be right at home. Comfortable beds a big plus! I loved seeing all the deer 🥰

The unit was perfectly located in downtown Woodstock with a very easy walk to all the amenities and activities of the downtown. The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The electrical fireplace being turned on upon arrival was a very nice touch. Our only issue was created by us. We accidentally locked the door handle when walking out. We had left the car keys in the unit during our walk. Upon returning and opening the deadbolt with the keypad we found that we had locked the handle. Since there was no key provided we were locked out of the unit without our car keys. We reached out to our host at 9:45 AM. We didn't hear back until about 6:30 PM. By this time we had worked through AirBNB to get a locksmith to the unit. AirBNB fully reimbursed us the cost of the locksmith. I say the above only to provide a note that if you stay in this beautiful unit be careful with the door handle lock. AWESOME STAY!

Convenient place to stay if you're in town for a sporting event at Camp Jordan Fields and just a walk away from the home pitch of the Chattanooga Red Wolves.

Had an excellent long stay, the place was immaculately clean, as described, and Alex is a responsive and responsible host. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

A very nice place just a short walk from downtown Dahlonega! Stacy thought of everything! I came up for the Bear on the Square festival and it was the perfect place to be close to the action. I would say it felt like home, but honestly the Boyd Nest is nicer than my actual house haha. I just wish I had been able to spend more time there!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at Jeremy’s place. It was very clean and had lots of linens and cleaning supplies. Location was great and very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. A brewery next door that had amazing breakfast tacos and maybe 5 min walk to the Chatt Choo Choo. I would recommend staying here !

This spot is a gem in Chattanooga! Great location in the Southside district with lots of walkable restaurants and things to do. We brought our two dogs and there was a great park 5 minutes away the Airbnb. The condo was spotless and very comfy with everything we needed for our stay. One of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! We really appreciated Kenny being so dog friendly! My one slight negative is that as others have mentioned the condo is right on the train tracks and our first night we really struggled to get sleep. But it seemed like maybe that had more to do with the garage trucks going to local businesses. We got some earplugs for the following nights and we were set! So if you’re a sensitive sleeper like me I’d recommend some earplugs!

Great stay. It is very walkable to town (about 15-20 minutes) and to the river - about 7-10 minutes. It's a brand new complex - smells new and very clean. Walls are a little thin but she has a sound machine - though we had no problems at night at all. There's a great restaurant/bar across the street with good food and super friendly staff and great drinks. Her place was comfortable and the AC worked great. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend. Extra bonus is designated parking spot in lot right outside the door. in town everything costs extra - but right here - it's residential and great.

Loved our stay at the Big Canoe Cabin. The condo was peaceful, comfortable, clean and great location. We would recommend and will be back. Thanks!

Enjoyed it!

Sarah and Brandon's place was great for our family of four. There was plenty of space for us. It is in a convenient location to get to the aquarium and restaurants, and was easy to navigate to from the interstate. Our kids enjoyed the pool and appreciated the provided pool towels. It was just right for our visit to Chattanooga, we'll book again when we're back.

I consider Ren a friend. I have stayed at her place multiple times. Everything is as described. She is a terrific host. A multitude of great restaurants in the area, easy access to the highway (400), easy to find.

The stay was great ! We felt comfortable right away. I loved all the accommodations they made sure we were good on during our stay. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again .
