The indoor space of 15 pyeong and the outdoor space of 45 pyeong are surrounded by the fence, so the whole family can have a peaceful rest time together without disturbing the surroundings. This is a quiet private pension located near Seorak Beach between Sokcho and Yangyang. The main tourist attractions in Sokcho and Yangyang are all located 10 minutes away by car, making it easy to access. It is a pension for only one team, and there is an independent barbecue with a bathroom, kitchen, air conditioner, and beam screen sound machine, and a lawn and pool yard where children can run safely. The pension is blocked by fences on all sides, so it is safe to let the children loose. The low pool height of 40cm deep minimizes the risk of safety accidents when children play in the water, and since it is only for water supply (cold water), we do not reuse the pool water. We have a 100-pyeong free parking lot, and there are a total of 3 toilets (showers). All facilities in the pension are free. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 room with a heated floor, and a spacious living room. The living room and each bedroom are equipped with a system air conditioner and a water purifier.
