I would like to record the immense satisfaction of myself and my family for the lodging in the apt of Mr. Manoel. We were in 4, being a baby. Impeccable apt, perfect functionality, excellent cleaning (I have rhinitis and always suffer/I have ZERO problems. I felt comfortable). Condominium and beach service equally impeccable, helpful and flexible! Amazing structure! We'll be back for sure and recommend c/mta satisfaction. Impeccable apartment, very well equipped and faithful to the photos. We were delighted with the whole structure very well cared for, new and clean. All appliances in perfect condition. The beach path is very easy and even with a baby we had no difficulty. Building has an infrastructure that has served us very well!

We found the apartment clean, without the smell of mold, much like the photos of the listing, accommodated 6 people with peace of mind . Preserved furniture and utensils, additional beach chairs. Air-conditioned , TV all in perfect condition. Ângelo always ready to answer the questions . It was a great experience . Super recommend !!

Sandra's place is very spacious, the barbecue area is very delicious to enjoy. The location is very cool, as it is between two beaches, walking about 5 to 7 min, with bakery, pharmacy and restaurants just in front of the condominium. In addition to the condominium being very beautiful, with leisure space, there are umbrellas and chairs available by the beach. The Baleia beach is wonderful, the corner where the chairs of the condominium are are well family, great for the sea bath of adults and children. It was all excellent

Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and without clutter or smell of mold or anything like that, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances and the ground floor offers rooms, bathroom, outdoor area, barbecue and a stunning and priceless view of the sea and beach. We were able to have coffee and meals while admiring the sea, and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that is worth every penny. The house is on the avenue that leads to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple assisted us on arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also made us totally comfortable, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we think is good too. Anyway, a 10! We'll be back for sure.

We really liked Patricia's house! It had everything we needed and even more with games and such! The only important thing is that there is no filter available, so the water would have to be brought, otherwise, very beautiful and super organized house, comfortable beds and location also good and safe!

The location is wonderful, the beach is excellent, the house very comfortable, the maid Maria did an excellent job, being helpful and discreet, preparing breakfast and helping cooking meals.

We have just finished a wonderful stay at Carol’s house. Everything was perfect. Very comfortable. Great location. Easily walkable to the great beach and bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend it.

Vera's house in Juquehy is the closest you will find to paradise for an awesome beach time experience. The house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen and the dining area are fully equipped (something we value as people who like to cook). The house is close to the beach (a 5 minute walk will do) and the beach service is great. We will definitelly come back anytime soon.

The apartment is excellent and very close to the beach! The parking lot that the condominium offers is very close to the beach, which makes it easy to take things to the beach! Super quiet and pleasant place! We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay. It rained a lot during the period I was at the house, so having comfort, kitchen equipment, barbecue and everything working was great. The house is exactly as shown in the photos - maybe even a little better. All kitchen utensils were clean, as were the rooms. Very well equipped house. The host's service and the information provided were impeccable! I recommend it.

We loved the stay. Positive points: Well located, 2 blocks from the beach, clean and well organized house, all closed with screens and free of insects, well equipped (glasses, kitchen utensils, ...only the coffee maker was broken but there was a strainer), fantastic barbecue, top showers, super quiet and well-frequented place, without noisy people, safe place with 24-hour concierge, photos just like the residence. Great for spending a few days with the family, accommodating 5 people very well. Opportunities for improvement: Larger trash can in the kitchen, softer mattresses and without additional covers (my preference), cabinets a little worn by the sea air, but in good condition, a little more facilities offered in the service such as putting and removing rented bed linens (detail) and a little more agility in communication. We'll be back for sure. Many thanks to Caroline and Dilson for providing us with this opportunity, we think it's fantastic!!!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recommended!

We loved the apartment: spacious, beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable. Just like the photos in the listing, it has a large living room, large windows where a lot of natural light enters, a beautiful view, air-conditioning, in short, we would definitely come back! Sidney was very kind and attentive, sending local tips and supporting us! The condominium is also very pleasant with an excellent leisure area and friendly staff!
