A cozy little place with just enough of everything you need for it to be a comfortable stay. A little hard to find at night but otherwise a great stay. Would stay again. A real bargain for what you get.
An outdoor deck area is showcased, featuring a large striped umbrella over a dining table. A mountain bike rests nearby, alongside colorful surfboards. Lush greenery and decor items such as a large basket and wall art enhance the inviting space.

La Vida - 'The Life' *Dog-Friendly!*

LizRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We had a fantastic weekend at Vincent’s place! The house is super cute, spotlessly clean, and very well-organised. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. My mini dachshund loved running around on the grass, and we really enjoyed the chilly evening by the fire pit under the fairy lights — such a cozy touch. The location is perfect: just a 2-minute walk to the IGA and very close to our favorite surf beaches. Vincent was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout. We’ll definitely be back soon — highly recommend staying here!
Three kangaroos are seen on a grassy area, surrounded by trees. The field is lush and green, with a low wooden fence along the road in the foreground. The animals are positioned at varying distances, with one hopping lightly while the others stand still.

Beach Shack 3

LekalaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This little shack completely immerses you in all the Straddie feels. Nestled in the surrounding bushland, it almost feels like you're camping—except you’ve got the perks of a resort-style pool, warm shower, and air-conditioning. The host has thoughtfully considered your needs, with all the essentials provided to make your stay super comfortable. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped and lets you whip up some seriously good meals. I’d recommend making the most of the incredible local seafood, and don’t miss out on a lamb roast from the Dunwich butcher—especially since the host thoughtfully planted rosemary right at the front door! It’s honestly amazing what you can cook on the Webber BBQ. The local agency managing the shack was great to deal with, providing clear instructions for easy after-hours access. They were also quick to help when we had a small hiccup with the locks—on a public holiday, no less. This little shack really packs a punch, especially for its budget price point.

Allure Stradbroke Resort Deluxe Shack

TracyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Had a lovely quiet stay at Allure. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Handy to great cafes and food North Stradbroke is beautiful, well worth a return visit!
Waves gently roll towards the shore, where surfers can be seen skillfully riding the surf. A canopy of coastal trees frames the top of the image, with their drooping branches contrasting against the vibrant ocean hues under a cloudy sky.

Yin-ila

This was the most fabulous and gorgeous home to stay in. We felt like we were in our own private resort but also right at home. Our children jumped in the trampoline for hours and played with the totem tennis. It was a fantastic home for our family of 5. I loved it so much I wanted to stay forever. Truly fabulous!!!
