*House and neighborhood not affected by rain* Super well decorated single storey house with swimming pool, 2 decks, sun loungers, barbecue. There are 4 rooms (2 suites) with a/c, towels and sheets laundry cleaned. Strong wifi signal. Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!

Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. The house is new in the typical style of the Island, in the gated community of Ilhabela Greens, close to the quiet beach of Veloso and the popular Curral. It accommodates 4 people in the 2 bedrooms, with 2 more on the sofa bed in the living room. It is very well planned to provide sea views from the entire house. We have contracted high-speed internet to enable a 'home office.'
