Monthly Rentals in Cugnasco

It is a beautiful and modern apartment on two levels, with the bedroom under the roof. The balcony overlooks Lake Maggiore. We felt very comfortable with Melania. The amenities, cleanliness and location - everything is great.

There were five of us. All persons between 60 and 87 years of age. The house really has everything you want - from the furnishings, to the kitchen and bathroom amenities, to the beautiful garden with the magnificent view. There was nothing missing! We were personally welcomed and instructed by Paul and Silvia and therefore immediately felt very comfortable. Due to the central location of the accommodation in the "Sopra Ceneri", excursions to the entire canton are possible within a short time. We recommend arriving by car. Thanks to the charging station for electric vehicles, you have enough "juice" in the battery every morning, even for longer trips. We are already looking forward to the next visit and thank you very much!

The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located for visiting the area by car, and Esther welcomed us very warmly. The bed was comfortable and there were all the useful utensils. Limited street parking was not a problem. It should be noted that there is no physical separation between the bathroom (with toilet) and the living room, but we accommodated it. The lack of a kitchen sink didn't bother us too much for two days, but we would have preferred it instead of the washing machine and dishwasher.

Everything worked very smoothly, from booking to check-in, during the stay and after check-out. Cindy welcomed us, showed us the accommodation and explained everything. We also received recommendations for excursions in the area from Cindy. Cindy was available to us at all times. We liked the apartment very much, it is lovingly furnished and decorated and very clean. We felt very comfortable! The car could be parked next to the accommodation. Cugnasco was a great location for us, as many excursion destinations were easily accessible from here.
