Really stylish room in the heart of the City of Gijón! We enjoyed our stay at this lovel place and felt very comfortable. It's so well equiped and has everything one needs for a Citytrip. Would absolutely return to this place at anytime!

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! 100% recommended Paula was really nice to us. He helped us with everything we needed and recommended places to eat and visit. The house is in a quiet area, and easy to access, ideal for walking. The views from the window were beautiful. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, we slept like at home. Everything was spotless with respect to cleaning.

Perfect stay in Salinas Consolación super Maja and very attentive to us having a good stay Salinas is a perfect place to rest, eat, and have fun surfing.

This place is perfect! It was our home base for a couples trip to Northern Spain. The location to all the parks for hiking, to places in Oviedo, to shopping/restaurants & really to everything we needed! It was pristine clean, had the best view from the as pictured (but better) terrace, was well stocked & was bright and quiet. The hosts had amazing recommendations & were responsive and helpful. Such a great place to stay! Thank you

Splendid place. Worth its price

Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. Everything is modern and new. Thank you very much Marcos

Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

A fantastic stay. We were a family group and had a great time. It had everything you need and the house was renovated and great. Everything was very clean and tidy. He also left us a welcome gift. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect for a ski weekend. A few minutes from San Isidro. Warm, welcoming and with everything you need. From the hosts, everything was easy, good willingness and kindness. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

Friendly owners and a house as nice as a silver cup; adequately stocked with kitchen utensils, and very clean. Highly recommended.

The only problem was the parking, but it was well located and the apartment conditions are as explained, everything was very good except the parking

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Amazing place to disconnect or visit villages of interest. A very cozy apartment with a fireplace and jacuzzi to relax. We were attended by Silvia, very friendly and for any problem she is available. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. We will be back!!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

The apartment was very good, clean and very equipped in terms of kitchenware and needs. The location is ideal to move around Luarca, and despite being in the heart of Plaza del Ayuntamiento, you don't hear anything. Communication with the property was very easy. Totally recommendable.
