Vacation rentals with beach access in Cudillero

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

In general, the stay was very good, the person who welcomed us was very friendly and their recommendations on the routes and things to do were very accurate and good. I recommend it to spend a few quiet days away from the city

Great location, easy to get to the main attractions, the beach, the nicer restaurants and bus station. Bed was super comfortable, large shower, natural light, well equipped kitchen.

the stay was great. The apartment matches the photographs, everything is very clean and the host is very attentive to us, he responded quickly to any questions we asked him. The only thing we would have liked to know was that there was no elevator because we were a little loaded, otherwise everything was perfect, we will definitely be back.

Good communication with Luisa and the house was well communicated, clean and well conditioned. Everything is perfect, if I come back by Avilés I will repeat for sure.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! The house is great, it has everything you need and the location is unbeatable, especially if you want to surf. Isaac, the owner, was always very attentive and very kind, he gave us good recommendations on schedules and tides to make the most of the surf sessions. It was a very good experience with my friends, if I return to the area I will stay here again.

The experience was wonderful. The whole family, grandparents, daughters and grandchildren, stayed for 5 days. The house is really better than the photos, spectacular views- It had all kinds of pots in the kitchen, for the nine of us. On the beach shore, the waves could be heard. The terraces and their furniture invited us to spend many hours, we even had dinner and talked after dinner outside. In short, we didn't want to go home. We will recommend it to our friends and family

Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

We spent some nice days at Laura's house. The house is in a quiet, rural setting. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (for example, had already turned on the heating on our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! We have been to Rocío's house in Holy Week with the family. The description matches what was described, Rocío has been very friendly and attentive. The house and the estate is ideal for going with dogs. We went with ours and the experience couldn't have been better. In our case one of the dogs is a mastiff and due to its size it managed to skip the closure to go to visit the cows of the neighboring estate. The house is located very well to visit the area: Luarca, Cudillero... in addition to being close to beaches. It was definitely a great option!!!

Stay of 10, the house is very well located and if you are looking for a quiet place and where to enjoy the views this is the best option, you have incredible views and the place is very nice. Communication with Isabel has always been very fluid and quick as well as with her brother Ivan, both are very friendly and always attentive for what you need and that everything is going as good as possible. Highly recommended.

This was by far my favorite place to stay in the whole trip. It was so peaceful and just what I needed to unwind and rest. If im in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Beautiful apartment, located in a very quiet area from which you can walk to the bars and restaurants in the area in 5 minutes. The piso is just like the photos. It has a garage space, although there is plenty of parking outside. Very clear instructions and all the facilities. The apartment has a dossier with maps and recommendations for the area. Very close to Avilés and Cudillero. When we come back in the area we will definitely be back.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.

The house is great. It is very welcoming and very clean. We didn't make any meals in the house, but from what we saw there were all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to Nieves' details! Communication was great. And the best part of the house is that terrace overlooking the estuary!! To see the area of Villaviciosa, Lastres, Gijón, Oviedo, etc. Very well located. Highly recommended house!!
