COVID-COMPLIANT EXTRA SANITIZED AND CLEAN! Spacious studio living space with a cozy and well lit bedroom, a comfortable and large living area and a full private bathroom awaits my guests. The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

I highly recommend Sam's place. It was absolutely spotless: it seemed hard to believe that Sam and Lois live in the space when it isn't an airbnb. The location was convenient for our weekend in/around Longmont. Check in was easy, everything was found as expected. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms had nice blackout shades for ease of sleeping. We appreciated Sam & Lois' recommendations and were very happy with the communication. Overall, very clean space with nice quality furnishings. We very much appreciated all of their thoughtful touches in making the space welcoming.

I absolutely loved it here and wish it was my forever home. The cabin was perfect and I didn’t want to leave. It has everything I needed for my trip. The amenities were wonderful. The bed was really comfortable and so were the bedsheets. Perfect place to destress. Perfect area. I will book here again.

We had the best stay here after camping for four days in multiple national parks! Jett was extremely responsive and incredibly helpful from the get-go, quickly answering each and every one of our questions and even providing us great food recommendations in the area. Jett was also incredibly flexible with check in and checkout, as we weren't sure between a ten hour drive and second campsite what time we'd arrive/leave. Everything was well thought out from the fans already running in the pristine and welcoming room when we arrived to the extra bug spray left out for us in case we wanted to hang by the fire pit. We go on a national parks trip every summer and are honestly considering making this beautiful space a stop on our trip next year if we're in the area. We felt welcome and safe from the minute we booked the space, and I could not recommend this Airbnb more highly. Amazing hosts, great neighborhood, private space, cute dog...checked every box! Thank you both for sharing your home!

If you're looking for beautiful scenery on a mini Alpaca ranch this is the place. the room was nice, bed great, bathroom very clean and kitchen well utilized. 2 cute cats live here and can be quite talkative.

The bathroom features a spacious countertop with a double sink and a large mirror above. A walk-in shower is present, along with a separate toilet area. Natural light enters through a nearby window, and decorative items, including a basket of towels, are thoughtfully arranged.

This was a fantastic location to stay at. A group of us was in town for a local triathlon and used this house as our homebase. It was very comfortable with excellent amenities. The local restaurants, parks, and surrounding wilderness areas were beautiful and fun. Highly recommend this place.
