An ancient stone structure stands prominently on a verdant landscape, surrounded by tall grass and foliage. A well-worn path leads toward the building, which displays weathered stones and greenery atop its roof. A small dog is seen on the path, adding a sense of life to the scene.

Kinvara Country Residence (Room 3 of 3)

Bruno's place was perfect for my friend and I during our travels through Ireland. Quaint and quiet and fairly close to Cliffs of Moher, Galway and other nearby points of interest. We were kindly greeted by Mara, Bruno and Jasper the dog. The drinks, snacks and souvenirs for purchase were a nice extra option. Thank you for opening your home to us and others! I would definitely return!

Jean’s home was a bit of heaven. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and this was the perfect spot. So much to do an hour’s drive in each direction. Spectacularly beautiful views. After long summer days exploring the area we loved coming back to have a drink in the back overlooking the bay and watching the sunset. I can’t rave enough at how fabulous this place is!! Thank you Jean for a lovely stay.

Boirinn Rua Burren getaway

A very nice, quiet, highly recommendable place. A perfect location for day trips in all directions, e.g. Galway, Cliffs of Moher, Hills of Connemara or for hikes close by in the Burren. The landlords take very well care of you. Everything is available, including a private veranda and a parking spot for the car. Thank you, Karen, for having us! The scones you made for us were delicious 😋

Stayed with Paudie the night before the Tour De Burren sportif in Barefield. Easy to find. Paudie was waiting to welcome us to his home. Had booked two rooms , a double and twin. Both were spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. Paudie gave us helpful recommendations for dining , and parking, in nearby Ennis. We had an early start the next morning , Paudie had complementary fruit and juice for us and a useful map of the liocality ( we hadn’t researched the sportif route). A very pleasant stay with a superhost. Will be back next year. Thanks Paudie. Ps very important, the water in the power shower was hot at 6am.

The views are stunning. The location is super convenient to the Cliffs of Moher. The hut is well arranged and spotless. Yvonne is lovely. A perfect play to crash for a solo traveler or a low-key couple. Would definitely re-book.
