Welcome to this peaceful and stylish apartment, nestled in the Marne Valley and surrounded by Champagne vineyards. Ideally located near Nogent train station, you will be less than an hour from Paris, Marne-la-Vallée, Reims and Épernay. Apartment is located on the floor of my primary residence. While maintaining its independence, you will access it through the common entrance of my home( lockbox ). I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have and any needs you may have.

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Former mansion, located between Paris and Reims, the place is ideal for relaxing (No parties). Visit the Pannier champagne cellars. The place is a real haven of peace, located high up with a beautiful view of the marl. The house is completely reserved for you. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have an ensuite bathroom + toilet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a separate bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet on the first floor.
