Glamping Pod, Guershader, Isle of Lewis

Located in the village of Guershader on the outskirts of Stornoway (approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre). The pod is situated in front of our own home with your own private parking in front of the pod. Only 2 miles from the ferry terminal this is an ideal location if you’re travelling through the Islands and looking for a short stop-over! The Yurt @ Ranish

The yurt is a tiny relaxing space . It is situated in Ranish , which is about 8 miles out of Stornoway and although it is at the back of a residential house you will feel like you are out on the crofts that surround it in this rural area of Lewis . The Croft fields around have a mixture of animals , including sheep , goats , geese , ducks & of course chickens , which can be a wee bit vocal at times . We have some very friendly chickens on the property as well .
