It should be noted that we do not have a full kitchen, but provide a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and small fridge for your convenience

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Situated at Queensberry Hills we are a 20 minute drive from Cromwell and Wanaka and 60 minutes from the Queenstown airport. There are numerous vineyards in the area to enjoy a glass of local wine. If you enjoy walking there are a couple of tracks close by where you can enjoy the river or a good hill walk

Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

Our cosy cottage is nestled amongst the vines at the home of Wild Irishman Vineyard. It offers 2 spacious bdrms w Queen beds & w/robes. Situated only 4mins drive to both Clyde & Alexandra, you're just moments to the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Dunstan trail among others. After cycling & exploring this wonderful region, take a swim in the shallows of the Clutha River (access at the bottom of our site) or relax in the sun on your own balcony. The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 4km from the town centre and 500m from Penrith Beach. Walking, hiking and mountain bike trails are all close.

There is street parking and private entrance to the room. Only a 10 minute drive to Wanaka. Lots of beautiful walking tracks and the Clutha River at your door step. The best ski fields in less of an hours drive away.
