Incredible views around Elie, the coast and golf course. The property is highly specced and we could not be happier with our visit. Fiona provides clear instructions on how to access the property. Will definitely be back!!

A great getaway with loads to do close by for whatever mood you're in - great towns and cities like Calendar and Stirling less than half an hour away, equally beautiful countryside and multiple waterfalls, lochs and walks to choose from on the doorstep. Our toddler loved the on site swimming pool and the grown ups enjoyed the peaceful views from the hot tub too! Rosie was so friendly and accommodating.

Our stay lived up to high expectations. Ainslie went over and above with decorations for my boyfriend’s birthday; welcome notes; homemade cake; fizz and ice in the fridge. She was warm and welcoming, and we felt completely relaxed. So grateful for such a lovely stay in a beautiful area. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ainslie 🥰🤩🥳

Nice place for a quiet get away. Sauna and hot tub are great additions. No neighbours so we're able to enjoy the garden into the evening.

Our stay at the cottage was lovely. Ashley was quick to respond when we were having trouble with the WIFI . It was so peaceful and managed to spot a dear as we arrived. Would highly recommend. Colin, Michael &Lina.

We absolutely loved staying at the cottage. This was our third place during our Scotland trip and I am so glad we booked it. It allowed us to explore more nature scenes across Scotland and simply have a safe and comfortable home after exploring all day. If we are ever in Scotland again, we will certainly book again.

I had a lovely weekend in Dawn and Darren’s wonderful cottage! It was clean and spacious, with great amenities . The added bonus of having a wood fire hot tub outside is fantastic! The cottage is in a lovely area for getting into nature, only a 10 minute walk to Loch Leven! Dawn was great to communicate with, very helpful and generous Will be back to visit again!

Had a lovely stay at this cottage . Near to Edinburgh as my son was doing the marathon but in a lovely location . Kylie was response to our messages and a lovely homemade loaf gave that extra touch for our arrival . Would definitely recommend and stay again .

Sandra’s cottage is lovely! It’s a confortable base for touring the gorgeous Grampians and Cairngorms, the many castles, Stirling and more. The cottage is very private and silent. It is surrounded by a sunny nice-sized private garden. It has confortable and inviting beds, a charming livingroom with a tiny fireplace (it works well). Lots of books to read (if you have the time, with so much to see! 😉). The kitchen is equipped enough for a simple meal. Thank you Sandra for hosting us!

Gorgeous cottage on a lovely row of houses away from the road. I used Laura’s cottage as a base to bag some munros in the area and work remotely - it was perfect. We brought the dogs who were happy in the enclosed garden and we made use of a dog park a few mins drive away so they could have a proper run. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect. Not a single thing you could want for…..every need is catered for. Loved the welcome package of bread, spreads and the most delicious fudge ever. Beautiful location. An absolute gem in the forest. Loved our stay. Fabulously presented.

Very nice place to stay if you value peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Great beaches, villages and parks to explore ( car needed, I would say). Very well equipped and clean kitchen. A wood burning stove was available, we didn't need it during our visit, but a bonus in colder months .The 2 bathrooms were warm, plenty of towels. The 2 bedrooms were of a very good size with comfy beds. What more could you need ? 😊

We had a great stay at the cottage; it’s remote and peaceful. The cottage was well-equipped and cosy. The conservatory is great for reading and relaxing and there is an amazing collection of DVDs! The surrounding area is beautiful and there are nice walks in the area. The nearest supermarket is in Aberfeldy, about 10 minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay at Moray cottage. The cottage has all the comforts of home in a lovely village close to Stirling. The local pub , 3 doors down , served delicious meals and there is a well stocked co op close by . David went above and beyond to make us feel at home . After a long days travel we really appreciated the breakfast supplies and yummy biscuits. And when we left helped us out with luggage storage. A big thank you for that. This was a very peaceful place to return to after busy days exploring .

Lovely, picturesque, peaceful location and amazing property with everything you need for your stay. We had a wonderful few days here and would highly recommend this place.

Pascale's directions to the cottage were very helpful. Everything matched the pics in the listing. Beds were comfy, everything needed to cook your own meals, and she also provided face cloths and tissues, which are not often provided. Pascale is very responsive to messages and very easy to work with. I would recommend staying at her cottage if you are in the area!

Adrian and Jenny’s place is a quiet haven. Lovely place in an old place. The village was great with two pubs nearby for food or just a drink. Their place was comfortable, clean and quiet. Just what we needed. Beautifully decorated a real home from home. Many thanks

The Bothy is beautifully designed and makes creative use of the space which means it's ideal for a small family or 2 couples to share. Arabella has stocked the kitchen and bathrooms well making it easy to feel at home. The in-house guidebook and personal recommendations from Arabella really help you to explore the area. We enjoyed walking down to the river to spot local wildlife and visiting Crieff and Comrie as well as an enchanting trip to the Innerpeffray library. We also enjoyed using the garden and had a memorable firepit meal on our first night when the weather stayed fine. The Bothy is really well insulated so would be very cosy in the winter. May weather meant there wasn't an opportunity for us to try out the stylish wood burner. It was too hot when we arrived but it cooled down over the course of our stay by turning off the bathroom radiators and keeping the stable doors open. The beds are also very soft which is worth noting if you are used to a firm mattress.

A most enjoyable stay in a lovely part of the country. Walks from the doorstep and plenty to see within a short drive. The cottage itself was lovely, very comfy and cosy. The welcome package was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Luckily we had plenty of opportunity to enjoy the pretty garden too. Hope to return some day.

We were excited for our stay at The Distillery Holiday Cottage, but it far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a warm welcome from Janet, we felt like we were at home. The guestbook tells the story of many other families who have fallen in love with this home and the area; just as we have. Whether it was eating the oh so delicious homemade cake that Janet left for us or having an impromptu conversation with Jim in the driveway, we enjoyed every moment of our stay and plan to come back many more times.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay with easy walking to shops. Aneta was friendly, very responsive and an excellent host. The well-stocked cottage is bright with lovely garden views. Would definitely stay again! Thank you, Aneta, for a delightful stay!

We stayed overnight on our way back from Scotland to the South and it worked very well - easily accessible from the main road just north of Stirling. Check in was easy - assisted by some very helpful and friendly neighbours. The house was as expected - thanks for the clean travel cot and high chair. The village of Thornhill looked beautiful and it would have been great to explore this further, but we needed to make progress with our journey home. Many thanks Elaine - would use this home again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is beautiful. It feels secluded and private, but is only a short walk into Crieff, or a few minutes in the car. We didn't know the area at all so explored a lot - the location is well positioned for this. Veronica was very helpful and informative when we had questions. There were fresh flowers in the accommodation when we arrived, which were much appreciated.
