lovely cottage for 2 people, the location in North street is perfect with free parking outside. The cottage is really well equipped including ironing board and iron...really useful as we were going to a wedding locally. Everything you would want in the kitchen too although we didnt coo as thete are so many lovely restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would highly recommend this cottage and Gary was a great host checking in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK.

The place is stylish, comfortable and spacious - well stocked kitchen plus everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sea views are stunning. When we had a problem Arran came same day and sorted out a slight problem with the shower by replacing the unit with a new one. Couldn’t ask for more. The place

Wee gem of an apartment in a quiet but very central part of Arbroath. Two mins from beach and easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Flat was very spacious and extremely well equipped. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The dedicated parking was very convenient. We had a wonderful break and would love to return.

We (2 adults, 2 children under 6) stayed for roughly over a week and we had a great time there. The apartment looks as advertised, well the screen in the living room is actually much bigger than in the pictures, and it had the right size for us four and our needs during our stay. We also enjoyed the garden, playing there with the kids. The hosts are perfectly prepared, sending information and giving instructions at the right time, and answer promptly on every question. The neighborhood is a bit outside of and lower than the city center, and is therefore more quiet and relaxed, but the center is still easily accessible by foot, even with a stroller. We enjoyed the walk to East Sands through the forest and the playground there. Grocery shopping is, when not having a car, easiest in the city center. We can recommend the apartment 100% and would definitely return. Cheers Sebastian

This is a beautiful apartment, very tastefully furnished and in a lovely, quiet but central location. And with a fun garden. Check-in was easy and the hosts were extremely generous in leaving food and drink for us on arrival. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had a great stay at jak and kerris beach house. Perfect location as we was doing tough mudder. Its a nice quiet neighbourhood and beautiful views of the bridges. Their communication was 1st class and will definitely stay again. Thanks jak and kerri. 😊

A perfect stay in an ideal and very central location. The apartment had everything we needed (except perhaps a TV but actually we played cards instead which was more sociable!). Would definitely stay again. Flat was spotless and beds very comfortable.

The house was perfect and homely. Restaurants and shops on the doorstep and the stunning beach just a few minutes walk away. I hope to visit again, it was a great find for my stay.

Had a fantastic time here. Fung Tai was a perfect host. The house was clean, beautifully thought out and so central to Elie. She had lots of toys which entertained my 6 and 7 year olds for hours. Really loved how peaceful the setting was and would love to come back one day soon. Thanks Fung Tai!

Feels like a home away from home! Great place to stay while exploring St. Andrews and surrounding area. Lorna and Richard are so welcoming and friendly. They have a wonderful place with all the amenities you’ll need and special touches make it inviting. Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage with a view. It is a cosy and comfy cottage that is clean, well maintained and full of interesting and quirky pieces of art and objects. The views are amazing, you can see right over the water to the Fife coastline, which was wonderful for us as my husband is from Fife. It was so relaxing to sit on the window seat and watch the comings and goings on the little beach, binoculars are thoughtfully provided. There is a pub just down the road that has a garden with a view (drinks only, no food), there is a Chinese/Thai takeaway a few doors down (good) and a short walk away to Port Seton harbour there is a fish and chip shop, you can eat your fish and chips on tables by the harbour if the sun is shining (big portions). There is a good sized Co-op within walking distance for day to day provisions. The area has many lovely places to visit such as North Berwick, Dunbar and Haddington. We thoroughly enjoyed our week by the sea in Cockenzie.

A spotlessly clean well located house! Amazingly spacious kitchen. Perfect for our 2 night stay. 5 mins walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk into central St Andrews. Really please.

A beautiful house with sheltered private garden. Great location in the centre of Elie. Ann was very responsive to messages. Comfy beds, beautiful kitchen and fabulous showers! We would love to come back!

We loved Andy and Karen's apartment. It was in a fabulous location; was well equipped, comfortable and clean; and was close to lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs, and amenities. We highly recommend it. The apartment was well equipped with extra bits that make life easier (dishwasher tablets, ground coffee, local guides etc) Everything was very comfortable and more spacious than expected. Really enjoyed staying there.

Lovely apartment with 3 big beds for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen which even has a great coffee bean machine. It is right in the heart of Cupar, close to all amenities (Lidl round the corner, pub over the road, great restaurant up the street). And it's less than 30 minutes from loads of places - we visited St Andrews, Neuk Coast, and Dundee - all easily reachable. North Fife, Loch Leven, Perthshire & Edinburgh are all within striking distance as well. Great spot, great place - would highly recommend as a base in Fife.

Lovely flat, and Megan was really caring and responsive, we had a great stay. There are steep steps from the road up to the flat, so bear in mind for anyone with mobility issues.

Fantastic place, exactly as described just steps from the 18th green at the Old course. A little tight if more than two people but that is clear from the photos - no surprises!

A 'home from home' experience in every way. Its the little things that make the world of difference... choccy biccies to have with your coffee or tea & the complimentary toiletries were much appreciated.. they've thought of everything! The apartment is situated in a lovely quiet area yet only a few minutes walk from the centre of "The Ferry" & the beach. This will be my "go to" place whenever I'm back visiting the family... 100%. We had 5 days in this beautiful city and we were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful apartment on the water. The view was amazing. Beds super comfortable with crisp comfy linens. Great hot water and roomy bathrooms. I would stay here again in a heart beat... we were a little sad to leave. 10/10

Great apartment. Everything you need in an idyllic, historic village, just what we wanted, one Scottish, one English. Really good shower, comfy beds, everything that is required. Fascinating village, framed by the Victorian railway bridge and there are two pubs, can’t say fairer than that. Access to the beach very easy and the coastal path walk is stunning; profusion of wild flowers, birds and sea life. Thanks Sarah.
