From the rooftop infinity pool you'll enjoy sea views and Cozumel in the horizon. We'll make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and you won't even have to worry about bringing towels for the beach since we provide you with them along with a full set of bathroom towels and amenities. You'll find also complimentary bottled drinking water in the apartment - a day out exploring the Riviera Maya can make you thirsty! The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use with all utensils and appliances necessary. All services are included and there aren't any hidden fees. Apart from the apartment you'll have full access to the rooftop infinity pool area. We also have a BBQ space on the roof. If you love working out, you could go for a run along the beach or use the gym in the building at no extra charge. If you need anything, just ask! The apartment is centrally located, with the ADO coach station within 15 minutes' walk and the Cozumel pier also just a short stroll away. Head to nearby Fifth Avenue for the area's best restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and water activities. Although you'll be within walking distance from lots of attractions, bicycles are great to go experience Playa. For out of town adventures like going to the Mayan Ruins, Tulum, Cenotes, etc., I'd recommend renting a car. (there's parking space in the building) Check in and check out times on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be between 10:00am and 12:00pm. Checking in out of this time frame could be discussed and arranged in case of exceptional circumstances (e.g. late flight arrival)

The other bedroom has a double bunk beds .very comfortably for 2 adults but it can accommodate 4 guess (the bunk set has two double beds )and also private bathroom The apartment can receive 6 guests ,comfortably 4 guests It is decorated with amazing furniture of "Restoration Hardware", and Italians furniture made the difference The bedrooms have a led TV ,the living room has a spectacular curve nano TV 55" With speakers It has a stereo sense around music system " Sonos “. Washer, dryer, internet, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a very complete italian kitchen is included. It has a private terrace just in front of the swimming pool. Walk just a few minutes to the heart of Playa del Carmen, and the famous 5th Avenue and 28th Street. Enjoy this district called Little Italy, with its restaurants and coffee shops for everyone's tastes. There are parking space all around the block, and taxi service just outside the condo. The whole architecture of this condo is spectacular and is located in the spot of Playa del Carmen a walking distance of everything. The condo is very spacious with very few or non neighbors, so you have the whole condo for yourself.
