Incredible home, with stunning views! I hosted a group of friends here before my wedding, and we all agreed it was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The hosts (Francesco and his wife Illaria) were extremely responsive and kind. They recommended a local chef to us, which turned into one of the best nights of our trip. 100% recommend and will be re-booking next time I travel to Tuscany.

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

We felt very comfortable at Adriana's and the accommodation was very modern, clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with the hot tub was also super nice. The way to the accommodation is a bit narrow and curvy, which can be a bit challenging for inexperienced Italian vacationers, but it is quite feasible.

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. He was kind and always available when we needed something. The home is beautiful, private and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. I highly recommend Giacomo's home. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed Maria's great house. We were kindly welcomed by Maria and her family, where we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and delicious cake. We were with 6 adults. There's plenty of room. It's nice that every bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful area with a wonderful swimming pool between the olive trees and it is really equipped with every comfort. Very nice is also the charger for the electric car. We picked up fresh bread every morning from the local baker in the village 5 minutes away by car. Good base for the beautiful cities such as Lucca, Siena, Florence. The beach is also great. We felt very much at home. Maria and family, thank you for the great time in your beautiful home.

Due to a very complicated move, I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and completely fenced, really made a difference The house is charming as well as the view that frames it, priceless waking up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence that I feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful break during which, at times, I was even able to regenerate myself I had some minor difficulties with the TV in the living room regarding channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the bedroom Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming property if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of relaxation and rest! We really enjoyed our stay to explore the area. All major cities like Florence, Bologna, Lucca are in reach. Also good restaurants and the factory outlet in Barberino are in reach. Thank you for all the good advice.

Francesca warmly greeted us when we arrived at the house. She showed us around and helped out with any questions we had. The house itself is in a stunning location with beautiful views, we loved the place! It felt very homely and we had everything we needed inside. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

We had an unforgettable stay at this incredible home in the middle of the forest. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area—exactly what we needed to escape the noise and stress of the city. The house itself is amazing: authentic, very clean, and it stays cool even during hot weather. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite things was the built-in barbecue area right in the kitchen—such a unique and cozy experience. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully with the windows open. It was so quiet, with only the sounds of nature around us. Nearby, there’s a river and a few natural pools with small waterfalls—perfect for a refreshing dip after a hike. At night, the forest lit up with fireflies (we were lucky to be there during the season), which was absolutely magical. And the starry sky was just breathtaking—so many stars, clearly visible without city lights. Petra, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. This was truly unforgettable!

Spontaneously booked. And can easily arrange everything necessary at short notice. Federico is calmly communicative and can refine the stay with good recommendations. The location is special. The place has a good effect on the body and mind. WeiläuAbout but not far for shopping or restaurants. A beautiful pool. Tasteful spaces. Wifi junckies could sometimes hate something with the net, but the overall picture is not diminished. Everything else necessary is on site or will be promptly provided by Federico. A wonderful starting point for Visit in Florence or Chianti. Lots of rustic trattorias,winemakers and olive farmers nearby.

For people who seek peace in nature, want to hike and are not afraid of a kilometer-long single-lane drive, the perfect place to relax and for discovery tours in the not yet crowded surroundings of Florence, where Giotto, the Medici, the Etruscans and many more have left their mark. Accommodation classy, originally furnished, top location with small terrace (unfortunately without direct exit from apartment) - ideal for enjoying the phenomenal sunsets high above the Tuscan hills. And Lorenzo is such a nice, nice and helpful host. We are happy to recommend.
