Private suite located in lower level of our home, direct entry with key code through the garage. Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, ballpark, zoo, shopping and 20 min from the airport. Full service grocery store is 2 min away providing pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks!! Amazing restaurants near by as well as Dunkin' donuts also a favorite with a drive-thru for convenience.

Your space is a partially finished basement with private garage access and a lock on your door. This is a studio styled space with a queen sized bed, futon, full bath, full kitchen, parking and washer and dryer. You will have a TV with streaming services, snacks and drinks. Great location for nightlife, food options and near the College World Series, but in a quiet area for when you're ready for rest. I'll remain in upstairs of house and work from home with my husky.
