Monthly Rentals in Cotter

My husband and I drove from Georgia to visit our son and his fiancée and stayed at Pops Place. This beautifully home is situated in a private setting with walkable access to the white river. My husband and son were able to fish while I relaxed on the back porch area and watch from a distance of them making memories that will last a lifetime. My son will be relocating to Arkansas when he gets married in the fall so we are soaking up every minute and making as many memories as we can. Pops Place will forever be our favorite spot to stay when we visit. This home exceeded our expectations!! Thank you to George and his team for making our stay memorable. We will see you soon. The cabin was spectacular. Everything was so nice with plenty of room. We will be visiting again. Mike was an excellent host.

The house is located right on the White River. I sat on the deck and enjoyed watching my grandkids splash and fish in the river. We enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit. Everything about the property is superb. I hope to stay here again.

Great house to stay in. 3 large bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. Large area to stretch out in. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.
