On the historic port of Pornic, 300 m from the train station and 10 min walk to the beach, we, Émilie and Alex, will welcome you to this renovated apartment in an exceptional location. You will have walking access to all shops, bars and restaurants, in this beautiful setting that Pornic offers. You will stay in a nice accommodation of 40 m2, in which everything is new, including a bedroom, a spacious and bright living room/kitchen, and a bathroom, all of which can accommodate up to 4 people.

Following numerous messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Rental is possible from a minimum of 4 nights in winter then 7 nights (during all school holidays as well as from spring until November 11). Thank you for your understanding.

This apartment is located in Sainte Marie sur Mer, on the ground floor of our house, with a separate garden. In a warm and comfortable atmosphere, you will find a 30 m2 living room, kitchen and living room, a 15 m2 bedroom and a shower room. Our apartment has been recently renovated! It is located 30 meters from Porteau Beach, 1.2 km from Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer and 3 km from Pornic. Guests can park their car in the beach parking lot, located in front of the house.

If you arrive by train, the house is a 5-minute walk from the train station.
