We have been 2 of families, with dogs included and everything has been phenomenal. The house was beautiful, very large and with paddle court and pool. As it was Semana Santa, the pool we did not use it, but the paddle track. Communication with Sandra was immediate, from the first day, to the last day. In short, a great option for a trip through Asturias.

House located in a unique natural setting, Susana worried that we were comfortable and not having any problems. The house is comfortable, beautiful and tastefully decorated and the treatment with which they welcomed us was fantastic. We will repeat for sure!

Amazing place to be with Alfonso being a great host. The house is as in the photos, we stayed for a couple of days and were able to disconnect and did some activities in the region. Would definitely recommend if you want a break from the city life !

Our stay in Luanco was simply perfect. The house is located in a beautiful setting, with all the necessary amenities very close by. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms have been remodeled with a modern and functional style, something that is very much appreciated. It also has a large garden, which unfortunately we could only enjoy one day because of the rain. Even so, the house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, and the central heating helped make our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this house to spend a few days with family or friends.

We traveled from Chicago, the kids loved the place, especially the turtles, besides that, we enjoyed the house and the pool! Sandra was always responding right away, an awesome place to spend your vacation in North of Spain

Our family of 6 stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We were welcomed in person by Mar, who along with her husband, are the most gracious and generous people you could meet. They offered many excellent suggestions of places to visit, restaurants, etc. The location of this house is perfect. It offers an incredible view of the ocean and beach, which is an easy 5 minute stroll from the house. We also did many excursions in the area - all easy drives from the house, including the Picos de Europa, Oviedo, Llastres, Ribadesella, Miradore del Fitu, Covadonga, etc. I cannot recommend this house enough ! As other reviewers have noted, the house exceeds all expectations set by the already impressive photos on the listing.

Fantastic apartment for large groups, the apartment managers were nice and clarified all our doubts.

The place is large and spacious. It is true that being wooden, the floor sounded when climbing the stairs or walking around the upper stays, but it was not a problem. It has a barbecue and a large terrace on which to enjoy the nice weather. Also, it has good views as you can see both the surrounding mountains and the sea from the upper floors. As for its location, it was atop a hill in Sebreño but in 15 minutes walking you were in Ribadesella beach. Very accessible. The host, Constanza was very attentive to our arrival and provided us with a lot of information about activities and things to see/do. Really recommendable.

The house is just as seen in the photos, very nice and with everything you need to enjoy it. In addition, Jorge was attentive to anything we needed from the same day we booked the stay. And what is greatly appreciated is arriving on the first day and having cold drinks in the fridge, fruit and breakfast products. What a nice touch!! Thanks Jorge.

Very recommended accommodation, everything was very clean, it is a very spacious house for a large group of people, very clean bathrooms and very comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The location very close to Comillas. It was a very pleasant stay

I have been staying in this house for almost a month and delighted, only the environment is in love. The house is very good, only the beds and the sofa are quite uncomfortable but the house, location, environment and communication with Rocio very good. I would repeat for sure
