Vacation rentals with beach access in Costa Verde

fabulous accommodation in every way. In the morning we had lunch facing the mountains. In the afternoon, easy walking distance from the accommodation. In the evening, on Diana's advice, the best tables in Llanes. A stay beyond our expectations. It was perfect. We recommend it. We will be happy to return. Tell our friends all the good things about Asturias. But without Diana it wouldn't have been so perfect. 👍 Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Diana.

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! Mer's accommodation is inconspicuous at first glance from the outside, but it amazes and convinces you very quickly once you are inside: a super loving, modern, thoughtful and detailed decor. Every corner was perfectly used without being overcrowded. Amenities are just as described. You have everything you need. There is even a self-made guide with activities and restaurant recommendations in the area. Everything was super clean. The beach is just around the corner and the property has beach towels and an extra beach bag and umbrella…I'm telling you, everything has been thought of. We had a very nice time and highly recommend it. 🙂

Very good stay, with very good location and parking nearby, the village has everything and you can walk anywhere.

Nice accommodation and ideal as a starting point to get to know the municipality of Llanes. Beaches less than 5 minutes away by car. A very quiet and relaxing area. The accommodation has all the necessary accessories and we didn't miss anything. We will be back!!

Wow - simply incredible. The pictures are accurate but still don’t relay the incredible position of the house. We stayed a week at the house and had both sunny and rainy weather. The house is perfect for both. What is only clear in hindsight is that the property is enormous and on its own cape. And it effectively has its own spectacular beach. It’s like having a lake house, ocean house and mountain house all in one. The house itself is in great condition and some of the built in closets, etc, are somewhat retro. After staying in 200+ Airbnbs, it’s great to stay somewhere with character and not just another IKEA furnished flat. Communication was perfect and everything we needed was readily available. The price was more than fair - this is a top 1% home.

Figueras is a town that has preserved all the charm of traditional architecture, with very well restored houses such as Cristina and Victor's. In addition to being a very nice village, the house is impeccable, practically brand new, and surrounded by spectacular coastal and countryside landscapes. It is worth staying there. In addition, Cristina and Victor are very friendly and always available.

The stay at Belén's house was amazing. We felt right at home, Belén has always been attentive to us and resolving all the doubts that have arisen from us. For the arrival to the house, it has been very nice of Belén to leave us some sweets and gluten-free cookies. He has also recommended lots of places to eat and enjoy in the area, which have been incredible. As for the house, it is as seen in the photos, a beautiful house, very clean, with everything you need for the days we have been staying and only 5 minutes from Cudillero, recognized as the most beautiful town. It's been an incredible few days, we'll be back for sure! 😊

We spent some nice days at Laura's house. The house is in a quiet, rural setting. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (for example, had already turned on the heating on our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! Communication with Antolina was very simple. He was quick to respond to messages and questions at all times. We were able to check in early because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street itself. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the town center and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Communication was very easy and fluid, Isabel was very friendly and flexible with the arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy and is certainly a quiet place to rest. You can park perfectly in the area and there are plenty of services nearby, I would definitely repeat.

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking space in the building, convenient and with easy access to the internal elevator. Our children really enjoyed the bedroom equipped with some games. Friendly host, always available and responsive. Very useful tips for visiting the region and for meals. Luanco is a very nice coastal town and convenient as a base for exploring the region.

We had a great 5 days It's a pleasure to find hosts as friendly as they are available. As for the house, whether it's the cleanliness or the layout, it's a 5-star. We would recommend it without hesitation

The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. The location was perfect for surfing, hiking and relaxing with a small supermarket nearby. The many good restaurants are also a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay there!
