Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

The location of the house allows you to walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes along scenic trails. Inside there is a well-stocked market and a large square and nearby a Disco Bar tobacco shop. This makes it possible to have a vacation without the use of a vehicle .

The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, private covered parking. The apartment is on the second and top floor of a small building of only 6 units. The entrance gives access to the living area/open kitchen with sofa bed. Bedroom with terrace equipped with double bed and foldaway bunk bed.
