Stunning sea view, in a cosy home!

The house is located at about 600 meters away from the beach, on a slightly sloping path that, in 7 minute’s walk will take you to the stunning beach of Costa Rei. Due to its slightly uphill position, it may be that on the way back from the beach you may need a couple more minutes. Thanks to its location and to the thick walls, the house does not get hot and as a beautiful view. The house is located on the ground floor, it is situated in a residential complex, in a 4 Unit Multi-Family house, 2 above and 2 on the ground floor with surrounding garden. The house consist of: 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single Double Decker Bed , kitchen corner in the living room, fireplace, sofa, aisle, bathroom with shower. Outside there is a veranda with sea view, garden, table and chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking.

Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)
