Great experience at Teresina's home: - Perfect location, quiet, two minutes from the supermarket, five minutes from the sea - clean, tidy house and above all equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday - clear directions and a very kind person.

The apartment is on the second floor, it is small but extremely functional and equipped with all the necessary comforts to spend a wonderful vacation... Ideal for a family with children/teenagers because it has a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The presence of 2 full bathrooms is convenient. The kitchen is also impeccably equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. Beautiful and spacious covered terrace where there is a dining table, grill oven, laundry corner and sofas... very comfortable and exposed in an optimal position to enjoy lunches and dinners. The garden is large with an outdoor shower, a table, and sofas. The pool for exclusive use is very beautiful, exposed in such a way as to enjoy the afternoon sun. Alessia and Paolo were very courteous and thoughtful, providing us with a lot of useful information for our stay.

Great Location directly at the beach, which is beautiful and not crowded. The house looks exactly like on the pictures. Our Kids loved the terrace with the watertap, they played for hours so that we could enjoy the view. The beds are really comfortable, and with the sound of the waves we slept better than at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's house! Alessandro gave us many great tips in advance and was always available. We were surprised with Sardinian delicacies upon our arrival. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. We absolutely loved the location, the view and the amenities of the house. The house is an 8-minute walk from the beautiful beach - here too! Alessandro provided us with sun loungers and umbrellas, which is absolutely not a matter of course. Close to shops if you need anything. We had a brief problem with the irrigation system, after briefly contacting Alessandro, gardeners arrived 5 minutes later who fixed the whole thing. We were very satisfied and would come back any time. We can highly recommend the place to everyone! Thanks for the incredibly great time 🌞❤️

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

The garden/yard is fantastic. It made the space truly remarkable. I hope to stay here again when I come back.

We (parents and a one-year-old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and with it you can soon reach the beautiful beaches of the area and of course local suppliers. The house looks like the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby (high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden, swing and slide)! He asked every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and activities. Check-in and check-out were flexible (thank you very much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

Place and wonderful!!! Beach in front of the house. Perfectly clean house. All the things inside are made precisely for the project of Andrea who wanted to show the culture and traditions of Sardinia and landscapes in the incredible photos. Andrea is a special person. You rarely meet people like that on your life's journey. He explained everything calmly and was always available. And that's nothing. We talked about many things. We had a lovely stay and the apartment was very well located and spacious. It was very well appointed with big rooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the piazza. It was sometimes a bit noisy early in the morning with street cleaning but the apartment was quite well soundproofed with windows shut. Overall we had a lovely stay and the location is great for exploring Cagliari.

This place is an absolute insider tip! The location right by the sea is unbeatable – every evening we could enjoy spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: everything is modern, lovingly decorated and very well maintained. We would like to highlight the hosts Taty and Luca – incredibly warm, helpful and always with great tips about the area. Whether restaurants, excursions or hidden beaches – we discovered so much thanks to their recommendations! A place to feel good and relax. We will definitely be back!

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Stayed 4 nights, 5 days at this apartment and was very pleased. The location is excellent, it was spotlessly clean, and Viktoriia was extremely helpful and responsive. I didn't realize it was a Murphy bed, but it was still comfortable. I really appreciated having the access to a washing machine for a longer trip. I highly recommend!

Wow! Just amazing! Perfect location and easy to find. I will stay here again next time I visit Calgliari. In the historic district close to everything. Just an amazing place to be. Food walking tour and under ground tour all within a 5-10 min walk. Perfect place to explore Calgliari. Do not hesitate to book. My compliments to Ricardo!
