The 'Big Room'

Our house is an old farmhouse completely renovated. The authenticity and charm of this construction have been preserved while thinking of an interior with beautiful open and bright volumes. The living room with fireplace and kitchen arranged open on a dining area forms a space of 80 m2 with bay windows that open onto the vegetable garden, the wooded park and the terraces. On the ground floor there is also a double bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine. A gallery distributes 4 bedrooms upstairs, one of which is equipped with children's furniture, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet. On the landing, an office corner. The land is enclosed and is 300 meters from the road; it is accessed by a private driveway. In the heart of the Berry, the charming and dynamic village of Boulleret has all the local shops: supermarket, butcher shop, bakery-pastry shop, tobacco bar newspapers , florist, restaurants and hotel. The calm of the place is conducive to rest and relaxation but many possibilities of activities are close, the walking paths are numerous and bucolic in strong country; the Loire borders the village and offers various water activities in addition to bike paths. The famous vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire but also the hills of Giennois are 15 km away. The site of Guedelon Castle is 20 minutes away. The castles of the Loire are about 1 hour drive, Paris 1.5 hours by car or train from Cosne sur Loire. You are welcome to discover the richness of our traditions.
