We've just returned from three nights at Hop Pole barn and had a brilliant stay This is one of the most well stocked homes we've stayed at with so many amenities included (e.g. shampoo/conditioner, salt/pepper, tea/coffee, washing up sponges/tea towels and hair dryer), which was extremely helpful for us to not have to bring ourselves, and not a given in Air Bnb's the addition of apples and pears from the farm was a thoughtful addition greatly enjoyed by our three year old The beds were very comfortable and made for a restful night's sleep The views out of the cottage were unrivalled, we greatly enjoyed watching the wild rabbits which spent their time grazing amongst the orchard We'd happily return if in the area again

This Airbnb stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was lovely, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to Central London with the 40 minutes travel via the C2C train line. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. What truly made this experience exceptional was the host's incredible hospitality. They were very friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating escape!

Jan's place was.lovely and cosy it better then expected everything was thought off would of been nice to stay longer has it was so peaceful nice little back yard to enjoy a coffee and a book and peace and quite nice outlook in the morning nice seeing the horses
