Very nice place, convenient transportation and very clean

My dog and I enjoyed our stay at this pet friendly two family home. The two family building shares a beautiful backyard with another two family home that appears to be operated by the same host. There are also sidewalks in the neighborhood and plenty of parks nearby to walk/exercise your dog. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels/linens were fresh and clean.

Thomas place was spotless, matched the description… easy to get there, a lot of places around there.. he was always in communication. Highly recommended!

Angela's place was very convenient for our trip. We were only there to sleep, as we were attending a conference. We did have difficulty with the thermostat, as I think it was programmed to get very cold during the night. I would suggest you ask the host how to set it to stay at a certain temperature if you don't want it to get cold during the night. Overall the place was clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the interstate.

nice well manicured place private with a great shower and landscaping was done well. Towels ready, coffee available, name it it was there. Great job hosting.

The loft was very homey and cute! Veronica was very helpful when needed. She also provided a lot of needed extras. Almost everything was within a 15 min walk! I definitely recommend for a nice get away trip.

We had an absolutely delightful experience at this charming triplex! It was truly everything my partner and I had been hoping for in our getaway. Although we packed a small fan for sleeping comfort, we discovered a lovely ceiling fan in the spacious bedroom that provided a perfect breeze throughout the night. This unit, nestled in the center of the triplex, was impressively the largest of the three, giving us ample room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, from pots and pans to cutlery, making cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer at our disposal, which allowed us to pack light and enjoy our stay without worrying about laundry. Honestly, all we really needed to bring were our clothes and a selection of groceries, as the rest was thoughtfully provided. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect retreat!

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. Drew’s place was a great spot for a Memphis getaway. Downtown and easily walkable to plenty of spots, and not difficult to find parking during the week. I was a little bummed the pool wasn’t open but that’s not Drew’s fault— the apt complex had a lock on it. Hopefully that gets fixed soon, and was probably a random incident being the week after Memorial Day—but otherwise we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this place for others!

Responsive and friendly host. A unique, quirky place to stay that was safe even though its outer appearance may look different. The apartment has a boho, hippy vibe with unique and fun decor and furniture. Cathy, the host, was accommodating and let us bring our pup with no worries. Her and her husband were nice to talk to in person and over the Airbnb app. We would definitely come back to this place.

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

Great place to stay if you visit Memphis. Close to Beale Street and the national civil rights museum (a must see!)

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

We really enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful Mothers Day weekend. Catherine and Mary’s was fabulous and very close so we went there twice. A quiet little getaway. Thanks to Andrew for being explicit with directions, instructions and lock usage. No hiccups with checking in. We’ll be back before too long I hope. Thanks again Andrew!

This is our second stay with Mallory and Tripp. We love their condo and location. Secure parking a plus. Walking distance to Bealle Street and museums. They have hot water with good shower pressure. The bed is comfy. Love the Bohemian theme. We look forward to our next Memphis getaway with them. Thank you for your lovely accommodations.

We had such a great stay at this Memphis home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home—plenty of clean towels, bed linen etc. it was super easy to get to downtown, Beale Street, and other Memphis attractions. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the host was throughout my stay—they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for music, food, or just some Southern hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in town!
