Incredible House in the Garden of the Villa

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. You'll find yourself in an oasis of plants and beauty. Built in 2022. All furniture is new and extremely comfortable. The master suite is huge and features a bathroom, dressing room, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden, a private bathroom, and air conditioning. The third bedroom has access to two patios and also has a private bathroom.

Forget the heat in this comfortable corner house on the outskirts of the town of Villa de Álvarez (Colonia Villa Fuentes). The house is very cozy, clean, hygienic, tidy, private and safe. There is A/C in the bedroom, electric gate in the covered patio, Netflix, washing machine, among other comfortable amenities. Note: At the front of the house (attached to the bench) there is also rented by Airbnb a room with independent access.
