Monthly Rentals in Copperton

We had a great stay! Chris is very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Everything was great about the stay, but we did have times that we were woken up from upstairs noise making it hard to sleep in. I wouldn’t say it affected our stay though. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend it!

Rob and Hilary and Ambrose are very gracious hosts. Their cute sweet little dog Lucy greeted us each day -which we absolutely loved. The space was very nice, bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed for our almost month long stay including soap, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning products, and dishes and best of all- a bullet Nugget ice machine!!!! I would definitely stay here again and was lucky enough to get this reservation before someone else. Seems like this space gets booked pretty often so grab it while you can! Also, there is a walking trail behind that we used everyday. Nice, quiet and friendly!

Very nice basement. Out of all the places we have stayed, this one was the best and the price was very competitive. We were gone most of each day and after a long day, we felt very comfortable there. Please note that some of the previous reviews mentioned a lack of certain items for the kitchen. We found that not to be true. This kitchen had everything that may be needed, including pots, pans, cutting board and kitchen knives. I highly recommend this location. It may be way out on the southwest side of the valley, but it is very quiet and we like that. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope that we were good tenants.

Everything was very clean and the space was really cozy. I’d definitely book again if needed. The location is great, with plenty of nearby coffee shops and restaurants. William was very responsive to messages, which made the stay even more convenient.
