We rent out a ground floor apartment with separate entrance. Bedroom with large double bed, combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed for two persons. The sofa bed is suitable for babies up to about 12 years. Equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker. Hand counter. Toilet with sink. Shower/outside with hot water is directly adjacent to the apartment entrance. Neighbor with the city park with playground and 4 min walk to ICA, pharmacy, gym etc. Close proximity to beach and harbor with restaurants, cold bath houses etc.

Cozy room with private entrance

The room is simple and brightly decorated, with a sofa, table, good chairs, and a double bed. And garden view. An intermediate hallway leads to rooms with a wardrobe as well as a microwave, fridge, nespresso, water boiler, etc. which is only for tenants of the room. And from here to the shower and toilet, which is only used by tenants. The area is a 10 min walk to S-train and bus to Copenhagen with culture and shopping, Nordsjaelland, Louisiana, Kronborg etc. Walking experiences in nature in Dyrehaven, nearby parks and by the sea and beach.

We offer a basement studio with private entrance. It is possible to make two more beds for 4 persons in total without extra payment but it will be very crowded. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, 5 min. walk from the S-train. You have private entrance. It has hallway, a sleeping room, a big room to cook and private bathroom. The kitchen only has basic utilities: refrigerator, coffee maker, boiler. Washing machine and bathroom. The 60 m2 studio is renovated with heating in the floor.

My place is close to the beach, restaurants, food, nature and the harbor. You'll love my place because of the outdoors space, the proximity to the city center, and the communications. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The home is small and best suited for two people but I allow 4 people. Two beds, one of 90cm and one of 120cm. 90 bed as bunk bed with fall shelter. No more spaces than shown on the pictures. Entrance over the main building patio.

In-law adjacent to the house, but with own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the beach and nearest S-train, and 22 minutes by train to Copenhagen. A room with a sofa bed (160 cm wide knocked out) and a TV with a kitchenette, dining table and small sofa bed (120 cm wide knocked out). Very good apartment that matches the listing. Access is very easy and it is very comfortable. The S-Train is a 20-minute walk away and therefore very convenient for getting to and visiting Copenhagen. I would recommend it

We immediately felt very comfortable in Uffe's place. It is cozy and homely as well as furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable. Uffe as a host was just wonderful, always reachable and simply brilliant with his tips on things to do. If we go to Copenhagen again, we would definitely sleep with Uffe again.

Cozy cottage on a villa plot with all the amenities I needed. Walking distance to the sea and restaurants. Eva is a nice host and came with great tips on places to visit and nice walking/running tours. Skanör-Falsterbo was truly a paradise, so beautiful and peaceful in the August/September shift!

Lovely place to stay! The guest house was clean and bright, and part of a beautiful home. The spacious garden was like a little wonderland for my toddler. Excellent for extended stays. We had everything we needed. Location is close to Skovlunde train station, and very short walk to a supermarket. There are also bus stops close by that take you directly to city center. Hosts Dorothea and Jens are very warm and welcoming, they made our stay very enjoyable. Hope to be there again!
