Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Coos County

We loved our stay!! The view out back was beautiful and we saw a moose one morning. Great quiet neighborhood and location. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils.

This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

Susan and Jeff's place was awesome, and exactly what we were looking for as far as a peaceful getaway. My fiance had run the Boston Marathon earlier in the week and as such, the hot tub was a very welcome amenity. To that end, we were surprised when Susan called us and let us know she and Jeff were on their way to fill the hot tub with hot water since it had cooled down and gotten low, per their cleaner. I saw this in a very positive light and certainly left a good impression on me. The local area is very quiet and walkable with some excellent little shops, cafes, and restaurants; one of which is the Rek-Lis brewery. It is also right next to Franconia and there is no shortage of hiking and walking trails. The property isn't too far from Littleton and Susan was more than happy to recommend some restaurants to us. It is also only about an hour away from the North Conway outlets. All in all, we had an excellent time and appreciated the hospitality Susan and Jeff showed us.

Wonderful stay and a beautiful, clean house! Location was perfect and an easy drive to everything we wanted to do and see. It was very peaceful and quiet at the house which was a plus. Had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again!

Deb sent clear instructions for finding the place, and it was as described in the listing. It took us a few minutes to find where everything was, but the kitchen had what we needed to cook, from pans and knives to a measuring cup. Comfortable beds, though bring eye shades as the curtains let light in. Charming place, we'd stay again!

We couldn't have imagined a more perfect space and location. Felt like a true escape and an absolutely charming and comfortable retreat. The style, appointments and brightness of the home, as well as the natural beauty and property, made for a quintessential vacation experience. Donna was a perfect host and we had absolutely no concerns or issues during our stay. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience and cannot recommend this property or host more highly.

In the area for work. The house work perfect for us. Plenty of room, full kitchen. Will definitely check to see if the house is available next time we are over in Berlin.

This was the perfect place to get away for a quick trip up north with a family of 5 to explore the ice castles and slopes. Great alternative if you prefer private and want to escape the crowds at the mountain resorts. Thank you to Will and Linda for the their hospitality. We will be back!

Great place on the edge of Northern NH. There wasn’t quite enough snow for us to ride the town trails on our snowmobiles but luckily there are multiple park and rides within a five mile radius. Parking was a bit tight with the trailer but the owners helped describe extra parking across the street which we didn’t even end up needing, I was able to back our two place trailer in beside the house with a little guidance. What a neat place warm and cozy and rustic and very charming. Warm and clean. We had to leave early because of the cold temps freezing our sleds up, and they graciously offered us a free night in the future if we ever decided to come stay again for a couple nights, we will get a third for free. Wasn’t expecting that and feels good to be offered this deal as everything is super tight money wise these days. Thank you!!! Will def come back. Cheers

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Celebrating our anniversary and traveling to see our grandson play in the state championship. This location was perfect and the area was accessible to all the things we wanted to do. There were local restaurants nearby. The place was very homey and comfortable, and we appreciated the welcoming bottle with glasses. I could’ve asked for a better situation thanks Renee for making this a very memorable enjoyable weekend.

Andre could not have been more attentive. I messed up my dates when booking and he went above and beyond to make it ready for me. He took what could have been a very bad situation and made it work. So very grateful for him and his cleaning people .

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

This was an excellent getaway for a weekend trip in the mountains. Gina was a great host and left a helpful welcome book for the stay. The accommodations were pristine and very cozy! The comfort of the bed was especially a pleasant surprise! If you plan on traveling with senior dogs, just be aware the living quarters are on the second floor and the stairs can be quite steep for older dogs.

Beautiful property, quiet and peaceful. Great location for visiting Stowe and Ben and Jerrys.

We go up to the New Hampshire/Vermont area twice a year for the last three years, and this cabin has been our absolute favorite! It is perfectly secluded which allowed us to rest and recharge as well as give our two dogs the space they needed to roam and play. We loved having the option of going down to the river and admiring the small waterfall. The Bear Bungalow off to the side of the cabin was the perfect place just to admire the forest and river. The cabin was quiet and comfortable, and there were some great local options for eating within 15-20 minutes. There were also some epic trails for us and our dogs to go on, and we ended up doing almost 20 miles in less than three days. I can go on and on and on about how amazing this cabin is, but I think you should just book it yourself to find out on our own. We will absolutely be back next year!

Our stay at 1800BC (The Bear Cabin @ Moose Lodge) was awesome!!! We are a family of four with a dog that loves to travel New England for family adventures. The Bear Cabin met all of our expectations and we had a beautiful time skiing at Bretton Woods. This was a special cabin with beautiful woodwork, an awesome wood stove, plenty of space and a superb location. Just a short drive to Bretton Woods (2mns) and close to several to several restaurants on Rt 302 as well. There is Bretton Woods Market and Deli just down the road that can meet most needs as well. If you are a skiing family and want a peaceful yet close proximity to a cool mountain...The Bear Cabin is for you.

Great location, very easy to get to. Ample parking for trucks and trailers. House was very clean, cozy, and had all the necessities. Lots of sleeping options, definitely good for families and groups. Peter was nice and responded quickly when we messaged him. We had a great stay :)

This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve stayed at Kelly’s Cabin. The place is great and the service (ease of directions) is top notch. I will definitely be back again.

Cute cabin on a quiet street but close enough to nearby Lincoln and Littleton. Nicely laid out and plenty of space for a family of 6 and a dog. Henry was quick to respond and communicate with.

Beautiful home. Extremely clean and well cared for. Perfect for a group or family. Host is accessible for communication should the need arise and leading up to your stay. Great location for atv trail riding. Host went above and beyond to communicate trail closure/access from the house ahead of arrival, which was very appreciated. Highly recommend and would definitely book again for staying in the area.

This is a delightful little cottage on the Saco river. It is well kept, clean, and fairly secluded. It has has updated appliances, including a wood-fired pizza oven (with wood provided) and a wood-fired sauna, which were both perks. The river is just on the other side of the dirt road with a makeshift set of rocks for climbing down the bank. We stayed in mid June and the kids played in the river. Our seven year old was able to climb all around the rocks, but our four year old was stuck playing on the bank because the water was moving too fast. At night we were able to open the windows with screens and listen to the sound of the rushing water. It was really nice. This place is definitely a five-star, especially if you are traveling with a pet. The only two things that were bummers for us were the prodigious number of mosquitos and gnats (not much that can be done about that) and the lack of window treatments. Several people drove past slowly and looked in, which was annoying.
