The Loft

We had a wonderful stay at Josie’s loft. It was nice to be in the peaceful countryside and wake up to a beautiful view. Their dogs were also very sweet. Josie and Kevin were great hosts and were there to answer any questions we had and they gave us amazing recommendations of things to do in the area. If we ever have the chance to visit Ireland again, we would love to stay in their loft.

Teach Naoimh Antoin

This was a wonderful place to stay to kick off a south to north hike of the Wicklow Way. Kathleen and Bill were incredibly kind and generous hosts. They picked me up from a town 15 minutes away and drove me to the trailhead the next morning. And they provided a free breakfast and a homemade dinner at a very reasonable price. Lovely, cozy stay.

A peaceful, spacious and romantic artist's home

CatherineRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Abbeydown surpassed our expectations. The home is located up a private country road making for a quiet peaceful setting with lovely views. We enjoyed daily walks down the road with our dog and took walks from there throughout the countryside. The grounds are beautiful with gorgeous birdsong and sheep grazing on the distant hills. The house is very comfortable to live in and lovingly decorated with Michael's beautiful murals on the walls. Peter could not have been more helpful and delightful and we were greeted with eggs from local hens and fresh home baked bread. We took a tour at the nearby Huntington Castle with Peter as our guide and I highly recommend it. Altamont Gardens is also a must if you enjoy beautiful gardens. If you are looking for a restful, peaceful get-a-way, this is the place for you. Thank you Michael and Henrietta!
The stone cottage is situated in a lush green landscape, framed by trees and open fields. A picnic table rests on the grassy area in front of the building, with a clear blue sky and scattered clouds overhead.

I had such a lovely stay at Pam’s beautiful countryside shed in County Carlow. The place is cosy, peaceful, and full of charm - the perfect spot to unwind and feel connected to nature. Pam was such a kind and thoughtful host, always making sure I felt comfortable and welcome. Communication was easy and responsive from the very beginning, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Pam!

Monabri Cottage on Ballon Hill

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 day ago
It’s a very nice cottage and we really enjoyed our stay. Nice spot for exploring the southeast of the country. Pictures and description definitely fit. It’s an older cottage, which adds to the charm and makes it hard to be squeaky clean. My favorite part was sitting up at the picnic table above the cottage in the evening, enjoying the birds and the view of the Mountains. What a treat. We had a great stay

The perfect getaway! This beautifully renovated cottage was the ideal mix of modern comfort and cozy charm. It was the perfect spot for a girls’ weekend away—stylish, clean, and so inviting.
