Vacation rentals with a patio in Cooks Beach

Great location ,close to beach and 1 block from eateries,bars and town centre.We had 2 bedroom ,2 bathroom plus all facilities you could require (we were 7 days in to a 17 Day North Island holiday.)Very clean double storey apartment ,modern amenities

Lovely accommodation that sits close to town centre. It’s got everything we needed and it’s clean and tidy, my partner and I really enjoy our stay. The backyard is a good place for looking at night sky while having a cup of hot tea. Shiloh did get a bit too excited when she first met us but we both love that big puppy! Thank you Lynda and Greg!

Great place for a long weekend break with our 6 year old. Clean, sunny and well positioned. Super close to the beach bike trail into town. Lovely pool & spa. Easy to follow instructions from Jacqui. A perfect result all round.

A lovely apartment in an excellent location close to the beach and town, with a lovely sea view. We had six adults and it worked well with enough space, seating and kitchen equipment. As others have noted, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one down, with the one toilet upstairs and the shower downstairs. The middle bedroom upstairs (single beds) has no windows, but has openings to the lounge high on one wall. Bringing a torch was useful for night time climbing the stairs while keeping light out of the bedroom with the openings!

We really enjoyed our time at Sandy's place. The location is amazing, you can walk easily to the beach! The house was clean and everything is there that you need. Would come back :).

Gorgeous place to stay, close to the supermarkets, beautiful surroundings, definitely would recommend to friends.

Bob and Jess has a beautiful house with an amazing view that you can wake up too. House was so cozy and warm and then as hosts were so helpful whenever I needed to ask them something. The house was clean and had even extra things that we forgot to bring so that was super amazing. 10/10 recommend this place. Will definitely come back again

This is a great place if you are travelling with younger children due to the way the rooms are set up. Beach is close by and super relaxing vibes. A very warm and cosy place to stay in.

Great bach with lots of space, worked for our family group perfectly (including our two dogs - really appreciate you being pet friendly). Liked that the kitchen/lounge area was upstairs to take advantage of the view. Loved the window seat and the outdoor shower was very handy after being at the beach. Proximity to the beach was great too. Responsive comms throughout with the host. Otama Bay is such a special place, we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

What a great spot! Very picturesque, right on the water but still close to town. Perfect bach for extended family, we had a great time and had everything we needed!

This house is stunning! We had a family holiday here over Easter, to create memories together before some of us move overseas and it was just perfect. It had enough space that we could all relax without feeling on top of each other, amenities that made us so comfortable (shout out to the coffee machine!), beautifully comfortable beds and linen and set in such a peaceful spot. We couldnt recommend this stay more for those needing a bit of space, a touch of luxury and a home that’s well suited for all ages! Toddler friendly, teen friendly, grandparent friendly! 🩷

We would definitely stay here again (although this was a splurge for us). The surrounding nature was outstanding with a huge yard, trees, birds, stars- the kids had a ball running around and making fairy houses. The sunrise was gorgeous. Inside the house had everything we needed including comfortable and clean beds, linens, showers. The house is so well situated to enjoy the surroundings. It was easy to get to hot water beach and the beautiful walk to cathedral cove. For future guests, consider arriving in daylight and check directions as there are some steep driveways in the area and googlemaps led us up a wrong super steep driveway nearby- so check specific instructions from host- they were there, we just forgot to check ahead of time as Google maps has been good in NZ. Also, the mountain roads to get across the Coromandel Peninsula are very curved and were a little tough for us in the dark. It was still very much worth it for us, and we hope to visit again with more time there.

We had an amazing stay at Kelsi’s place 🥰 It was beautifully and intentionally designed — we appreciated the effort in all the finer details! It was also super clean and had all the amenities we were after. The check-in process was easy to follow, the beds were super comfortable, the space was warm and peaceful. Kelsi was also super responsive and accommodated us well. We would definitely love to come back!

We loved our staying at Faye’s place in Whangamata. It was sparkling clean and well appointed, and the location is amazing - just a tiny walk to the amazing beach with beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony. Faye was so friendly with her communication and was extremely understanding when we interrupted her Friday evening by accidentally locking ourselves out 🫣 (thanks again!!). I would high recommend a stay here and would love to visit again. All the best Faye.

Great spot close to the township. Easy access with lots of parking. Places was clean and tidy. Would recommend.
