This was the perfect overnight stay for my family! My husband and I were attending a wedding at the Barn on Pemi and it was the perfect driveable distance. The house has 3 ample size bedrooms, two of which had their own bathrooms. This was HUGE. Lots of sitting room to relax and Justin was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying at Staci’s place — it is one of our favorite rentals (and we travel a lot!)!! The location is perfect and Staci is super responsive. The home itself is cozy, clean and well-equipped with the essentials plus games. Our family of 4 enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as puzzling at the dining room table with the fire going :)

This is second year we've stayed at Tina & Robby's place and we love it! Cozy cabin vibes & close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with the essentials and the wood fire place is always a hit! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was the perfect size and had all of the comforts of home. Great views and amazing location. Tom was very responsive and helpful. He has a great list of restaurants and local activities. 10/10 recommend. Would stay again.

We spent a beautiful weekend enjoying the fall vibes and exploring all of the beautiful nature destinations in the Franconia area and Kancamagus highway. Honestly, the space was a lot bigger than expected and the residences were secluded enough for privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything we needed was right around the corner, so location was perfect. My children enjoyed the space, however, they couldn’t wait to just be out and active. I would definitely love to come back any time of the year. Only downside experienced was hearing running up/down steps that sounded from the next door townhouse which stopped before midnight and that we couldn’t really watch any tv/videos since the tv systems were outdated. A minor detail, but everything else compensated for it all and we loved our stay and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and perfect for our large group of friends (three families). The kitchen was well-stocked, and the large dining table made for a memorable Christmas dinner together. The location was fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to the waterpark and Attitash Mountain, and about an hour to Santa’s Village and several other ski resorts. There were also multiple grocery stores conveniently nearby. Overall, the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Highly recommend!

Great family place to stay for a ski trip! Exactly what we were looking for with easy access to Loon mountain and restaurants right next door.

We visited this home during the Oct Fall foliage season. The house instructions were clear, the house was comfortable and we had a smooth experience.

The place was extremely comfortable with great room for everything from board games, good family meals and as a bonus one can easily walk to stores, restaurants and even the cross country skiing is around the corner. There are plenty of games and entertainment options in the basement game room if you are vacationing with kids. What else can one wish for.

The whole experience of booking the condo to the actual stay was seamless and wonderful. The condo was exactly as we had expected from the pictures and the descriptions and I would book with Kessie again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay. This place offers breathtaking views of the valley especially at sunset. On clear nights, the sky comes alive - perfect for stargazing right from the deck. This home offered a cozy vibe and was comfortable throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking utensil you need. It’s a perfect spot to unplug, relax, and take in the natural beauty especially if you have rainy days in the forecast during your trip.

Deidre’s place is great…..very comfortable, cozy, clean and nicely appointed. The views from the condo are beautiful - a wonderful way to wake up & enjoy your morning coffee. The location of the condo is very proximate to the center of Jackson, very walkable & close to restaurants, bars and a few bakeries/sandwich shops. Deidre was a wonderful host & very responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A lovely location with gorgeous view and a sunny deck. Convenient to accessing anything you need in town. Bedrooms are spacious and plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/living room, plus of course the bonus of the deck! I met the owner on arrival, he was finishing up doing some work there; he obviously takes great pride in the place.

Kate's accommodation was ideal for both of our families. With four children and four adults, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The abundance of toys and games for the kids and the popular bunk beds made it a hit! Kate provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The secluded location is perfect, yet conveniently close to all essential amenities. The thoughtful welcome book was a delightful addition, offering great recommendations for dining, nearby attractions, and the host's favorites. We would definitely choose to stay with Kate again. Our stay at Jillian’s home was perfect! Everything was as described. Lots of room for our whole family, as we visited with our family of 4 plus extended family. All was clean, plenty of beds and space for children and adults. Jillian was super responsive and so helpful throughout our stay. The location was minutes from everything - we did snow tubing and skied at Cranmore multiple times, went into the village, and also went to the Living Shores aquarium which was only about 12 mins away, right next to Storyland. We will absolutely stay again! Thanks for a lovely time!

Lindsey’s place is sparkling clean and cozy. Quiet location and easy access. We did feel like home right after we entered the front door. Games in the basement were a great entertainment for kids. I would love to come back there again in the future!

We had a fantastic weekend and the spot was perfect. Easy to find, plenty of space and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely book it again, highly recommend!

We were looking for a week long stay near XC Skiing in NH. Tuan's condo was perfect. It was very spacious and felt brand new. It was convenient to North Conway and Jackson and therefore close to many skiing and dining options, yet it is located in a beautiful, private woodland location. Over the course of the week we had 3- 8 adults staying at the condo and it was great because of the open concept layout and 4 sleeping areas. Furniture, bathrooms, bedrooms were all comfortable and clean and worked well for that size group. The extra space in the lower level was very private and helpful for my two young grandchildren to have their own space, but one small note is that as is typical of most sofabeds, the mattress might not be well suited for an adult that is particular about their bed. During the week, we had several family members working remotely and the WiFi worked well for us. We would definitely return to Tuan's place in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at Hernan’s place. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood is so peaceful. The home has a very spacious common area. We recommend staying here if you are visiting the area!

Can’t say enough good things about Jeff’s page. Free shuttle that runs all day to the mountain or you can even walk if you’re feeling up to it. Amazing views from the balcony. Would visit again!

My wife and I could not have been happier. We had a wonderful time here. We spoke with Richard mostly and had such an amazing experience. He kept us updated on things going on, while also super responsive to any of our questions. We plan on bringing the whole family back again soon! There is a lot to do in town, hiking the presidentials, summer fun at cranmore, if you want a really great treat and are a golfer you will have to do the hour trip up to Mount Washington and golf there for the beautiful view, or just relax in the beautiful nature. In the winter, knowing the area, you can just enjoy the ski slope and a ton of winter activities near by along with ice climbing. Really thankful for this wonderful fine for our honeymoon. Ps - there was some construction going on, on the last 2 buildings going up on the road. It was not a bother or noisy and the crew was extremely friendly. So that was a no bother. It was actually cool to see the progress in our time there.

This house is exceptional especially for the price. I split this with my 9 friends for a bachelor party and it was a steal. The home has everything you need, the perfect location for being close to Conway and in the white mountains. And i have nothing but good things to say about the host. Always responsive, always friendly, and easy to work with
