Very nice and comfortable place with unbeatable view. It should be noted that upon arrival there was soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, shampoo and conditioner, a bottle of cold water, all this makes you feel welcome at the accommodation. I would definitely come back.

The accommodation is excellent. Super spacious. Comfortable. With good distribution. Everything was impeccable. In addition, details such as finding fresh drinks, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, a new roll of napkins, a new sponge to wash the dishes, as well as the kitchen rack. Impeccable repairman. Good quality things. The mattresses, the sheets. Everything was impeccable. Highly recommended! And Marcela is a genius, always in a good mood 😀

Miguel is a truly exceptional host, he welcomed us and said goodbye, and he also gave us some recommendations to enjoy the city. The apartment is just right, with everything you need, in addition to being very well located for supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest and public transport, we could walk almost everywhere and being so central the ubers are not very expensive to get to other areas. Highly recommended 😁😁

A great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood of BA with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. As has been said in previous reviews there is noise from passing traffic so lighter sleepers will benefit from use of ear plugs! Accommodation as described and seen in photos. It was an added bonus to have gym, roof terrace and pool. Communal machines are available on site too and are very reasonably priced. Ale was an exceptional host and very responsive from the start of the booking process right through, answering any questions we had very promptly. All in all we would definitely recommend Ale’s place in San Telmo as a great place to stay and explore the city!

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Excellent service. The place is very nice and well kept. I appreciate the attention of leaving me coffee and other items for breakfast. I went to see a concert in Velez and I was comfortable with the distance. I recommend it.

Angel gave great instructions for check in and check out. The building is located in a central location that made it easy to walk to your activity, Sube station, or the store. Washer/ dryer is a great addition and worked well. The Sube card in the apt made it easy to get around the city, we just reloaded it and used it. The only drawback is that the walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the next apt over.

The apartment is beautiful, the hosts are always attentive, ready to help; answer questions and provide solutions, our stay was amazing 100% recommended, we would definitely stay with them again.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

The stay was excellent! The location is simply perfect, in a safe and super nice area…we were able to do a lot on foot, including visits to the best restaurants in the area, such as Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, as well as being surrounded by beautiful parks. The apartment is well organized, with many utensils available and a full kitchen. I was happy to see that there was even an iron, something that is not always common. Host Cynthya was attentive from start to finish: she sent useful recommendations via WhatsApp and always responded quickly. The 24-hour concierge gave us even more security, and that made all the difference. I would definitely stay in town again!

Good apartment in a great location. The listing is as described, and hosts are professional at what they do. The apartment and building have all the features and facilities I expected. The building has a front desk with well trained people on it. The location stands out, it’s high quality restaurants and bars on every block around the apartment. It’s well priced for what is provided so I have no complaints.
