Situated in the wonderful quiet suburb of Connolly, this peaceful and centrally-located one bedroom guesthouse is a perfect place to stay in every way. Just a short stroll to an array of shops, bistros, restaurants and a gold class cinema complex, convenience is literally on your doorstep. Perth's world class beaches, the Joondalup Resort Golf Course, ECU and Joondalup Health campus are close by. Public transport is easily accessible with the local bus stop a one minute walk away.

We are located in a beautiful, quiet suburb 20 mins from Perth CBD and a short walk to Edith Cowan University, Yellagonga Regional Park and Joondalup CBD. This space is ideal for a couple or small family. Maximum capacity is 2 adults and 2 children. 1 x queen bed 1 x sofa bed within the living area - perfect for up to 2 children sharing Free parking at the front of the property.

Le Petit Retreat is located in a quiet neighbourhood just steps away many cafes, restaurants and various grocery shops. Iluka beach is a short 20 minute walk. ECU Campus, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Joondalup Health Campus and Joondalup Golf Resort are a 5 minute car journey away. Excellent access to public transport, bus stop is a 1 minute walk away & train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Mullaloo Beach Haven is perfectly situated in a quiet neighbourhood only 15 minutes’ walk from the clear, turquoise waters and white sands of beautiful Mullaloo Beach. This modern and spacious one-bedroom apartment is also within a quick walk to the local grocery store (3 mins) and just a short bus ride (5 mins) to the Westfield shopping centre with restaurants, bars and a cinema.
