Old clède (chestnut dryer) in a Cévennes hamlet, near the Cévennes National Park and the Regordane. Very quiet hamlet, beautiful view. Accommodates two people. A baby cot is available for children under 4 years old. Small equipped kitchen (microwave, electric stove, fridge, dishes); bathroom with shower, hot water, towels, soap, shampoo. For breakfast: homemade jams (cherry, or chestnut, or fig, or apricot... or bitter orange) butter, bread in bag, coffee and electric coffee maker, green and black teas, milk. at your disposal to indicate walks, restaurants, visits to do: a large binder. On the slope of a mountain covered with chestnut and pine trees, with a beautiful horizon in view. The small hamlet has two monuments: a 16th century chapel and a 400 year old chestnut tree.

Beautiful renovated house in the heart of the Cévennes

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the heart of the Cévennes. Close to amenities (grocery store, restaurant, pizzeria, municipal swimming pool...) this beautiful village house has on the ground floor a bright and warm living space, a large bathroom, a toilet and a laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms as well as a second toilet. The mezzanine is not secure and therefore not suitable for young children. The outdoors is quiet and green.

Discussions welcome and availability of both hosts in an enchanting setting. The place is exceptional, riverside, tastefully decorated, perfectly maintained. We would have stayed longer because we felt so good there. I recommend it not with eyes closed but wide open in front of the roses, the irises, the lime tree and with the memory of a meal spent under the light of the lanterns on a sweet May evening. Thanks!

The apartment is almost new. It felt good there. It is located in the heart of the village, from where you can access many hikes like the Mas de la Boque. It is well equipped, and well heated. Caroline was very responsive and friendly in her responses. We returned and left on our own after 2 nights spent in the apartment. I would remember this address without hesitation for a future stay with friends and family.

It's really been a long time since I had so much fun rating a rental and a stay. Julie and Joachim's accommodation was more than up to our expectations, well decorated, clean, breathtaking terrace. Their availability, responsiveness and sympathy were unparalleled. Beautiful surroundings, the accommodation is peaceful. We had a dream weekend. I would highly recommend it.

"La Clède" refuge

I came to Danièle's alone for a week of disconnection, in "nature retreat" mode — and it was perfect. This small old chestnut dryer is a rustic, atypical and charming accommodation. Everything is there: comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, wifi... and a surprising layout (yes, the shower and toilet are in the kitchen, separated by a curtain — but you get used to it!). It's simple, quiet, unpretentious, with a beautiful view and birdsong in the background. Special mention to Danièle, the host, passionate about nature and very caring. She even took me on a night walk to try to observe animals: we saw a little fox - a real moment of grace! An extraordinary stay, at a low price, for lovers of authenticity. I'll go back without hesitation as soon as I can.

we had a great stay at Violette 's. the area is beautiful , the house is ideally located and very comfortable ( no need for air conditioning , the thickness of the blackberries do the job very well). there is parking less than a minute walk away. Regarding the village , you will find two bakeries including one that offers a part of the grocery store ) , a very nice tobacco bar, a grocery store, two restaurants , a pizza kiosk, a short brewer, largely enough to do. We will come back but on motorcycles this time .;)
