Everything perfect - I felt very safe and comfortable. I was in Chile without a car, the bus stations were within walking distance, as were the shops. Alejandra always responded very quickly and was very helpful - thank you for the wonderful stay:)

Everything was fine with the hosts, beautiful place, comfortable in a very good area of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, who wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

Beautiful apartment, all new, clean and very bright. It has a beautiful terrace where you can see the sea. It has everything you need to spend some wonderful days with your family. I would return a thousand times!

Wonderful apartment with the most amazing 180• views of the colorful hills and sea. Very walkable area and easy to take the metro to Viña Del Mar. Bed was SUPER comfortable. Great stay, highly recommend.

Mariana is an excellent host, she guided us very well with everything and was always very kind in her recommendations. The view from the Loft is amazing, panoramic view of the plan and the sea in the background. The Loft is spacious and comfortable and the location is good as it is minutes from the beach. We'll be back for sure!

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

Very well received and above all the place is 100% recommended. Very close to the center, transportation and all kinds of shops and above all the house had all the necessary amenities and even more… I would definitely return to the place, we were very happy.

This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.

It is an excellent place, very cozy and easy to get to, the apartment has quite spacious areas, it has quite a few places nearby to buy all kinds of things, it has a jumbo about 8 minutes away by car, the place is highly recommended.

Nice place for two people. The area is safe and the property is gated, which we really liked. There are washing and drying machines in the basement — you can use them with coins, very handy. The internet is fast and works well for remote work. Occasionally, you might hear some dogs barking from private houses nearby. The hosts are very kind and easy to communicate with

We spent 3 months in the apartment. The host was very responsive and instantly helped with all our questions. The apartment had everything we needed, including cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, towels. The Internet is fast enough for work, the sofa in the living room is suitable for children or a short person to sleep on, but for others it is short. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. The washing machine is on the ground floor of the building and is paid for on site. The building itself is new, pleasant, with a good guarded area, children's and adults' pool ( without heating). The balcony of our apartment overlooked the highway, but the view was not bad. Sleeping at night with an open balcony can be a little noisy. A supermarket, dune, park are within walking distance of the house. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, but the descent is quite steep. In the summer, there was always a breeze near the house and it saved us from the stuffiness. Thank you, we will be happy to return.
