Beautiful terrace for this renovated 2-room in the hypercenter

Located on the 1st floor of a large old house, the apartment was renovated in 2021; it has retained the charm of an old building while offering great comfort. It is bright and dual-aspect. Its advantages: - Overlooking a beautiful south-facing terrace sheltered from the wind, very nice to rest or have a meal (grill available) - Ideal for remote work - Quietly located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of the city, it is close to all amenities - In-person welcome by the host.

Beautiful 2 bedroom with garage, full sea view over 180

The apartment is very bright and offers stunning 180° views of Concarneau Bay. We discover the Glénan Islands between the tip of Trévignon and the tip of Beg Meil. It is conveniently located 2 steps from all the shops, restaurants, beaches, without being disturbed by them. The atmosphere is cozy and charming with its beautiful workshop-style canopy. The plus that this accommodation brings you is the garage, in the summer the city center is not free.
