The apartment is as shown in the photos. Agustin was always helpful and answered all our questions quickly. The apartment's cleanliness was very good. The balcony is beautiful to sit and enjoy the treetops. We will definitely go back to the same place without thinking twice. A plus, it has parking in the building's garage!

The best thing about this apartment is that it’s facing west, so the evening view of the sunset from the balcony is quite mesmerizing. The space itself is neat, the building is modern with good amenities and Tami is very proactive and responsive.

Indeed a great place in the middle of Caballito's heart. I was there for about 2 months and felt like at home. Comfortable bed, good WiFi (for working), very sunny, nice deco, guarded building entrance with friendly staff, nice rooftop (there's a small swimming pool and a small gym). The laundry is to be done in a common wash and drier machines on the top floor, for which you have to buy the tokens at a kiosk (inexpensive), but the machines were free (available) every single time. Easy check-in and check-out! Appartment at a very good cost-quality rate. Communication with owner was great as well as his availability and help. Highly recommended!
