We had a very nice one month stay. The home was very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable including the bedding. The living area and master bedroom are quite spacious and we enjoyed cooking many meals in the kitchen which was well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, etc. There was a heat wave while we were there and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Located in a very quiet community just outside the downtown area; we never heard or saw our neighborhoods. Despite the fact that the pool is behind the other half of the building, it was exceptionally quiet. We also liked the fact that a large shopping center with a Trader Joe’s and Costco were less than a mile away and walkable. Parking and check-in were a breeze. Mignon was professional and quick to respond.

Cozy and quiet place that’s close to everything in downtown Charlottesville.

Joanne’s townhouse was perfect for our visit to Charlottesville. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The kitchen was stocked with condiments and coffee which was much appreciated. The location was very convenient for the event we were attending. It was also convenient to grocery stores and great restaurants. We were only there for a short time but we enjoyed.
