Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Commerce City

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

Beautiful space with all the amenities you’ll need. The host was super responsive and attentive. This was a seamless and incredible stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Denver.

Great place to stay in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars a short walk away. Place is nice — good kitchen; cozy bed. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Denver.

Sue's place was the perfect place for us and our 16 month old. the layout was very kid friendly and she even provided a pack n play, height chair and toys! Sue was super responsive with all of our questions.

Chelsea was very quick with responses when we needed to arrival a little later. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed our stay! Convient location

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

Our stay at Mervin’s was great. The place is clean and comfortable. The area is right off of major streets that run through the city, so it was super easy to get around. The cooling system worked well in the heat of summer. Check out was simply putting the trash in the bin. It was a nice place to stay for a few days.

Stayed 3 nights. It's a nice cozy place in a safe area close to Denver Downtown while visiting family in Boulder. It has all the amenities listed. We loved that it had 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms with comfortable beds. Washer and dryer provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the features the house provided.

A comfy no frills, clean space with easy parking, a cozy bed, and a good size kitchen… there is no television so be prepared to read (great book selection) or play games. Great location and a nice semi communal backyard space. Bri was welcome and kind, would stay again.

Bianca’s place is a newer build and very nice. Bonus if you like the color pink.

We had a great stay, and Kaela was quick to respond to anything that I reached out to her with.

It was very clean and everything felt new and modern. Google struggled to take us there at first (may have been user error) but once we found it, check in was very easy. There is so much space which felt amazing to my family of 6 after hours in the car. They loved the game room on the third floor and the playhouse bunk beds. The laundry was nice. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped for what we needed. Be aware there are quite a few stairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd floor, but it's worth the effort. We highly recommend this home.

The house was spacious and gave plenty of room to play and eat for my party of 9 people. The location was near the highway for easy access to anywhere in Denver I needed to go, and there were multiple grocery stores and restaurants in the area. The host contacted me leading up to the visit with local recommendations and responded within the hour to any questions I had. The only (very minor) downside was that the garage had been turned into a game room (which my kids loved), but I had to park outside, which was not a bad thing as the immediate neighborhood was well lit and I felt safe leaving my car in the driveway or the street parking.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is great with many walkable options for restaurants/bars/coffee shops. Everything was as described, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the design on the place to make it very functional and aesthetically appealing. It was a great value for the price, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Access was super clear and easy which was so good given we landed at close to midnight! Parking was easy at the building and lots to do close by. Fabulous stay!

The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was the ideal base to explore Denver. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You can really feel the personal touch the owners have put into the space—it feels less like a rental and more like a warm, welcoming home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts provided clear and helpful information not only about the flat but also about the neighborhood and the city. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. Wow! Amazing place. My fiancé and I had the most amazing time. We came to celebrate his birthday and it was truly unforgettable - thanks to this gorgeous little gem. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was just like the pictures, modern, clean, great space. Balcony was even better than we thought it would be :)! Clear instructions with great information about the local area. Very responsive with any questions we had. Overall we would love to stay again, next time we're in town!!
