One room has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. In the living room, 2 sofas, one becomes a 1.25 bed. Bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook for a family. It has a washer-dryer. Private garage in the same building, which goes by elevator directly to the house. Ideal for tourism as Lugones has excellent communication, it is it is located 5 minutes from Oviedo and 15 minutes from Gijón and Avilés. Bus and train 1 minute from the house.

This spacious, 2 bdrm apartment with gorgeous views is right on the edge of the old town; the cathedral & the old El Fontan market are just 4 mins walk away. There's a terrace, a small bonus room with single bed if a third bedroom is needed, free wifi, laundry & smart TV.(*Please note it's on a 3rd floor with no elevator). Limited free street parking is possible in our neighbourhood or there is a large and parking building 3 minutes walk from the apartment for €7-€12/day or around €130/month .
