The living room has queen sleeper & 50" TV. Kitchen has a range, microwave, refrigerator, & dishwasher. The bathroom has a large vanity & glass-walled shower. Most doors are 36” for better accessibility. Porch is great for relaxing. Conveniently located just 2 blocks south of downtown & less than a mile off I-70.

We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available. The property is convenient and easily accessible, with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.)
