Our house is the perfect getaway for a family, group of friends or a couple. The lake and gardens around the house provide the quiet and peace of a retreat place, away from the busyness and distractions of the city. It's a very pretty drive to Columbia, MO (about 30 minutes), and 20 minutes to Rocheport, a very cute historical town by the Missouri River. A beautiful attraction that is close to our property is the Warm Springs Ranch. The Clydesdale breeding farm. This is a great place to visit.

The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

The entire suite is perfect for couples, kids, business professionals coming to town for events/travel/business. It's a big space, new sofa, new hardwood floor/carpets, and a kid area. 2 queen beds. 1000 ft² basement area, long term couple living upstairs. You may hear footsteps during your stay. It is 100% private w/2 doors dividing our space. Lock on your side. Washer & dryer provided. 10 min downtown or to MU stadium. 2 min to mall & 5 min to eateries on Broadway&Stadium. Small backyard.

Nestled onto 10 peaceful acres, w/pond about 15 minutes to downtown Columbia and the University, close to restaurants, and activities, that is if you want to leave the Pool and the quiet of the country. 8 beds, + a few air mattresses, plus 2 pack/plays. You'll love the kitchen, the peace, and the coziness. The in-ground heated pool is 25 x 50 feet. (Closed mid Oct. - mid April) We stock wood for the fire pit, so roast hot dogs, or make S'mores! No parties! No unregistered visitors please.

Access the Katy trail for a morning walk, close to the University of Missouri, Columbia College and Stephens College. Easy to access from I-70. It's the perfect place to be surrounded by it all, yet feel comfy and cozy for the days that require some rest, relaxation and reflection.

Our house is close to restaurants/dining and family-friendly activities. Located on south side of Columbia--less than 2 miles from the football stadium. You will love this place because of the quiet and safe neighborhood, the great outdoor space, the central location, and the comfy amenities. The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!
